This is a great place to stay in central Cabo San Lucas. The building is new, and the apartment is truly lovely. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen with all the supplies you need, a washer and dryer right in the apartment, and large sliding glass doors leading out to a balcony. There are light-filtering blinds and blackout blinds, which allow you to control how much light enters the room. Cabo is a city with hills, so there is a steep entrance ramp to get up to the parking garage where the elevator is, but the location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby. It’s walking distance to the marina, but also away from the craziness of all the tourists who congregate there. The owner was amazingly responsive and helpful, answering all my questions quickly. He even provided beach chairs and beach towels, which are great for all the beaches in the area.
