Summary:

Sublime flat on the 1st floor without lift, located in the heart of Paris between rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards.

At the foot of the flat are numerous shops, cafés and restaurants. This tastefully decorated flat will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.



The Space:

26m2 air-conditioned apartment which includes:

- Living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, Smart TV, Wifi

- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)

- 1 bedroom with double bed

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.

Travelers have access to the entire apartment.



The Neighborhood:

This flat is located in the centre of Paris, only a few steps away from the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil. These are very busy shopping streets, known for their many cafés and restaurants.



The flat is also located on the corner of the Grands Boulevards. You will find in the vicinity:

Booked this stay for a family of 4 adults and one toddler and it met all expectations. Communication with the property managing team was excellent and they were all very helpful. The space was adequate for our needs and very clean. Location is great- near main metro line / walkable distance to notre dame, many lively quarters and restaurants. Would definitely book again in the future.

Perfect little apartment

Nice small apartment up one flight of stairs. Great host, very quick to respond. Quiet neighborhood, 3 minute walk to metro, lots of restaurants nearby. Overall great rental for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Good, quick communication va email. They have a main office with people you can talk too near by. If you arrive early and need a place to keep your luggage while you wait/visit they will keep it for you in the office. Raphael was very good at answering all of our questions and offering suggestions re: transportation after check out. The size of the apt was sufficient for our needs (family of 3). Kitchenette and vanities relatively new from IKEA. Towels, soap, and shampoo provided but no face cloths. Washing machine and hanging rack but no laundry soap (I had brought some anyways, but mentioning FYI). Two mini splits for AC was appreciated. Bed very comfortable but pillows lumpy. Sofa bed comfortable. Close to many restaurants and metro station.

The property was clean, roomy with adequate storage. The sleeper sofa bed/linens were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the water pressure in the shower was amazing. A big plus was the washing machine. Location was good, walkable to cafe's and shops. Would stay here again.

Great little apartment in a great neighbourhood

This is a beautiful and very clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood (2nd arrondissement) close to the metro (St. Denis) and lots coffee shops, markets and restaurants. You can walk to almost everything or take the very easy to navigate metro, The hosts are very responsive and helpful and their office is just outside the front door if you need anything. The apartment would be of perfect for 2 people, it was a bit crowded with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The only thing negative I could say about it is that the pillows are flat. Overall, excellent experience, Merci Johanna!

Nice little apartment

Apartment is great for 2 people max. Limited cups and glassware. Shower is fantastic with good pressure.It is located in ethnic neighborhood with variety of food choices. Fabulous patisserie and the derya restaurant close by. Location a bit far from major sightseeing sites but master the metro and no problems.

Schimmel, Kakerlaken und Silberfische

Es war grauenhaft. Im Badezimmer ist überall Schimmel an der Decke. Ich habe das zu Beginn nicht gesehen bis ich irgendwann Probleme mit der Lunge hatte und immer wieder Fieberschübe. Ich reagiere sehr sensibel auf Schimmel weil ich Asthma habe. Haben das Bad dann gemieden. In der Küche dann Begegnung mit einer großen Kakerlake, die kroch am Kühlschrank entlang. Ekelhaft !!! Im seperaten WC Nachts Silberfische unterwegs. Im Schlafzimmer muss man permanent das Fenster ein Stück geöffnet haben weil es sonst nach Abwasser/Fekalien riecht. Waschmaschine ist ein Toplader und innen riecht es auch nach Schimmel ohne Ende. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde glaube ich nie gereinigt, habe ich nicht angerührt. Fussboden bei ein Ankunft nicht gesaugt und auch nicht gewischt. Habe ich dann gemacht, so wie den Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank gereinigt. In der Küche gab es auch nur einen alten ranzigen Schwamm. Ekelhaft. Das ist wirklich bodenlos. Ich habe alles mit Bildern dokumentiert.
