Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom apartment, nestled in the heart of the prestigious Cimiez neighborhood in Nice, just steps away from the Chagall Museum. Located in a quiet street, this modern 40m² apartment is fully equipped. Enjoy the convenience of being close to beaches, the city center, and the vibrant Liberation market, while residing in this chic neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. Plus, indulge in the rarity of a private 60m² garden at your disposal, a true gem in Nice.
- The spacious bedroom features a queen-size bed with an ultra-comfortable mattress and a generous dressing room to store your belongings.
- The bright living room includes a convertible sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, providing direct access to our 60m² private garden.
Enjoy the sun loungers to relax outdoors while admiring the view of the hills of Nice.
Our apartment is ideally located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and the old town, and 2 km from the beach (25mn walk or 3 stations / 5 min by tram. You'll also find the Liberation Market nearby, as well as several supermarkets and tram stops.

• Samsung 43’ Smart TV with access to over 180 channels and Amazon Video Prime
• Washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, air fryer, toaster, ironing essentials, etc.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the private garden.
Additional notes:
• A fee of €50 will be charged for arrivals after 8 pm.
• For stays longer than 15 days, a professional cleaning service is available upon request.
• Please respect the tranquility of our neighbors, who appreciate the quietness of this residential area.

• From the airport: Tram line 3 (approximately 40 minutes), Libération stop, followed by a short 5-minute walk. By taxi or Uber, expect to pay around €30-35 for a 20-minute ride.
• From Nice Ville train station: Just a 10-minute walk away, or by taxi if you're traveling with a lot of luggage.
