Perfect location. In the old town, and quiet at night. It's near the beach and flower market, and has so many good restaurants and shops nearby.The apartment was great for our family of 4. The kids room has wide bunk beds which they loved, kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was good. It's on the third floor and stairs are quite steep, but fine if you're active. Great location for a stay in Nice.

Very clean and great location! We struggled to connect to the WiFi. This is in the heart of Old Town, which has great access to shops, restaurants, and the promenade, but expect a little night time noise.

We had a great stay! Right in the heart of old town Nice. Quick walk to the beach. Food options all around. Little market to grab things right there too if needed. Location was perfect for us.

Great Stay

The apartment was exactly as listed and perfectly situated in a lively location. Had a small issue with the power but the host came by to fix it promptly. Enjoyed our time there, it was perfect for what we needed it for.

Perfect location

The VRBO was in an excellent spot, right in the heart of old nice. Super convenient to get to both the beach to relax and to access restaurants and bars as everything was a 2 minute walk outside of the apartment. Michel and Stephanie keep the apartment in excellent shape and I would recommend the spot to anyone travelling to Nice.

Great location and clean and modern apartment!

We had an amazing stay and hosts were amazing. Apartment location is always our top priority when we travel and this place was perfect for that. Everything in the apartment was fantastic. The fans were amazing as it was hot. Only issue we had was with mosquito bites as we had windows wide open but rather that then be hot.

Very nice but no air conditioning

Very nice apartment, well maintained and outfitted. Only huge prowess no air conditioning, which was unbearable for us so we left a day early. Also, if you have big heavy luggage as we did, the 6 flights of stairs was a pain. But great, comminicative host

Great apartment for families! Plenty of room, all the kitchen essentials, washer with outside drying line. We loved the location! Excellent local restaurants and very walkable to all the best parts of Nice. The host is very responsive to any questions before and during the stay. The only issue we had was some construction that started on the exterior and upper floor of the building during our last 2 days. This created some inconvenience with being unable to open/close the windows and day time noise. Our previous 6 days were so wonderful we could overlook this in our rating. We would stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in suberb location

Beautiful apartment in a great location in old town Nice. A few steps from the restaurants and bars and a couple of streets from the beach. The apartment is in an very beautiful older traditional building but inside is very modern, well equipped and has everything you need. Just a few minutes walk from the tram station with great links to all trains and buses. Please note there is no lift and the apartment is on the third floor also no air con - it was very hot while we where there and fans were supplied. Communication from the owner was excellent and they replied to all our queries very quickly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back again Many thanks

Nice Adventure

Great apartment right in the heart of Nice Old Town. Perfect for exploring Nice and enjoying the many restaurants and bars in the area. No air conditioning but plenty of fans. One bedroom has no external windows (it gets light from windows to the lounge area) so got slightly stuffy. It was noisy outside as you are in the heart of everything but earplugs fixed that and slept fine thereafter. But an excellent location and the third floor means you’re burning off those extra calories after you’ve enjoyed the local cuisine Would recommend this as a great option for your Nice stay

Vi boede her som to voksne og to børn, og lejligheden havde den perfekte størrelse til os. Den levede fuldt ud op til beskrivelsen og vores forventninger.Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre – midt i den gamle bydel, tæt på både stranden og byens liv.Kommunikationen med værterne var nem og ukompliceret, og alt fungerede som det skulle.De varmeste anbefalinger herfra – vi vender gerne tilbage.

Bien situé dans le Vieux Nice! Près des commerces et de la plage. En contrepartie, c’est bruyant le soir et tôt le matin. Il est préférable de dormir les fenêtres fermées.Les transports en commun sont facile d’accès. Même avec les inconvénients de bruits, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Tolles Apartment an toller Lage

Sehr nahe am Meer und an Bars und Restaurants - wer gerne mittendrin ist, ist hier genau richtig. Bestens ausgerüstet mit Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine, sehr geschätzt waren auch die gute Dusche und das separate WC. Dank Ventilatoren war auch die Hitze gut erträglich. Und die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit in einer schwierigen Situation. Top - gerne wieder!

Une location de grande qualité et idéalement située pour découvrir Nice

Cet appartement très propre et fonctionnel est parfaitement situé en pleine zone piétonne du quartier historique de Nice. Nous avons garé la voiture en arrivant (dans l'un des nombreux parkings payants non loin de l'appartement) et ne l'avons pas touchée jusqu'à notre départ 5 jours plus tard. La plage est à 5mns à pied et le tram à 10mns. De nombreuses options de restauration autour de l'appartement. Rien ne manquait dans l'appartement qui est moderne et meublé avec goût. Les 2 chambres sont spacieuses et la pièce de vie très agréable. Une seule restriction à mon sens : les 3 étages peuvent être difficiles à monter pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou difficile.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement Idéalement situé vous trouverez certainement un restaurant à votre goût dans les rues du Vieux Nice au pied de l’immeuble. Appartement redécoré avec goût fonctionnel. Un peu bruyant le week-end mais on ne peut pas être aussi près de bars et restaurants sans un peu de bruit.

Sehr gut

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wahrscheinlich gerade renoviert. Die Betten bequem, das Bad modern , die Sofas gut zum erholen. Die Lage in der Altstadt sehr zentral nur zwei Minuten vom Blumenmarkt entfernt . Ein Bäcker für frisches Baguette gleich um die Ecke . Die vielen Kneipen machen es abends etwas laut , aber das Doppelzimmer ist etwas ruhiger nach innen gelegen . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und MERCI an Michel und Stephanie !
