Everything you need is available<br>- A bathroom and toilet<br>- A living/dining room with a library and CDs.<br>- A French window leading to the courtyard where you can eat or have an aperitif<br>A barbecue is at your disposal as well as deck chairs, a parasol and a table with 6 chairs.<br><br>Upstairs you will find: <br>- A first bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200) <br>- A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190)<br>- A landing with a telescope, board games<br><br>The house is placed in a quiet, pleasant and relaxing place, where it will be good for you to enjoy the singing of the birds in the morning when you wake up.<br>A 10-minute drive away, you will find all amenities in the charming town of Bourbriac: marcket crossroads, bar, restaurants, bakery, press house, green spot, doctor's office, pharmacy, etc.<br>All around the house you will find many hiking trails leading to menhirs, crosses, small hamlets and also the lake of Blavet where you will have the opportunity to fish (inquire about the authorizations)<br>20 minutes from Guingamp<br>40 minutes from the beaches of St Brieuc<br>50 minutes from Lannion...<br><br>During the renovation of this house, we wanted to preserve its charm while respecting the environment. Many of the furniture has been renovated such as the entire dining room, the beds, the coffee table, the furniture at the entrance... Others have been made from existing ones such as the kitchen worktop or the headboard in the first bedroom. Indeed, they are old planks found in a warehouse. Respecting these values was important to us and the company "Les Rudovaloristes" helped us in this project, so that you feel as good as possible in our house.<br>We are constantly making improvements, so that you feel as comfortable as possible. Small improvements are always in the works.<br>
