5-guest house in Plouarzel, Garden & Beach walk

Stay in an authentic Breton holiday home, located in Plouarzel, just a stone's throw from the sea. Treat yourself to a stay combining the charm of the countryside and proximity to the coast, in an old character house that can accommodate up to 5 people.



You will be seduced by its warm atmosphere and authenticity. The veranda, bathed in light, serves as an entrance. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), as well as a friendly living room with a sofa and dining table, ideal for sharing good times with family or friends.



On the upper floor, you will find:

- a first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed;

- a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed;

- a third bedroom with a 90 cm single bed.

Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe or chest of drawers to provide you with all the comfort necessary for your stay.



At the front of the house, enjoy a large, tree-lined garden, calm and pleasant, perfect for outdoor meals, relaxation time or children's games. You will also have a private parking space on the property.



Local life and must-do activities:

The house is ideally situated just a 10-minute walk from Porsman beach. You can thus easily enjoy the pleasures of the sea, swimming and coastal walks, without needing to take your car.

Explore Lanildut harbour, Corsen point (the westernmost point of mainland France), set off on a zodiac to discover marine fauna and flora or plan an escape to the islands of Ouessant and Molène from Le Conquet a few kilometres away.

Pets: your companion is accepted upon request. To ensure together that the accommodation is suitable for its comfort and needs, please contact us before booking by specifying its breed and weight.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.



Optional services:

- End of stay cleaning available at the rate of €120

- Bed linen set: €24 / bed.

- Towel kit (one large, one medium towel and a flannel): €12 / kit.



Electricity:

- during the summer period (1st May to 30th September) a package of 100 KWh/week is provided to you, then actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh

- during the winter period (1st October to 30th April) actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh
