Gulf of Morbihan. Between VANNES and AURAY, in an oyster farming village, house by the sea, The island of Berder (accessible at each tide) 5 minutes walk, the sea two minutes away, the village 5 minutes walk also (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, tobacconist, restaurants, post office, market, oyster farmers) Golf course 7km. On site: sailing and tennis club.
This accommodations are adapted on the first floor, for people with reduced mobility. New house and furniture. This classic house will enchant you with its comfort and quality services. Bright and friendly, it has a large garden/orchard, enclosed, of 1800m2, a terrace and a sea view from the first floor (on the Ile aux Moines). Heated swimming pool in season, with swimming against the current and COVERSE security system. Garden house with 3 bicycles and a kayak. Public benches and old swing. 9 beds, 12 beds, 6 bedrooms, and a TV room without door (with double bed), 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets. First floor: Large dining room, with wood stove, bay windows opening onto terrace and garden, adjoining living room of 45m2, with also bay windows overlooking the garden, swimming pool, terrace, and overlooked by a terrace of 50m2, sea view (Ile aux Moines), accessible by an external staircase, American kitchen and back kitchen, a large bedroom with 180 bed and a small bedroom/office, with modular bed (80 or 160). WC and shower room.
Upstairs: four large bedrooms, two of which have 160 beds, another with 2 90 beds, which can be a 180 bed, one with two 90 beds and a chaise longue, and finally, a small bedroom/games room/TV, without door, identical to the one on the first floor (modular bed: 1X160 or 2X80).
9 beds, 4 toilets and 4 bathrooms in total. One bedroom has direct access to the sea view terrace, and another has a view. Two bedrooms, each with sanitary facilities, are adjoined.

Bed linen and towels:
Since the health measures, we have called on a concierge service for household linen.
Sheets and towels are provided in plastic, at a rate of 28€ per double room, and 39€ for used twin rooms, for complete kits.
Towel kit only: 6€
Sheet kit only: double bed: 16€ and single bed 13€
You can, of course, bring your own sheets and towels.

Wow! Totally amazing. Christine and her husband are wonderful hosts. They met us at their beautiful property to show us around and give us ideas of local activities. There is everything you need, and more - even a kayak. The house is amazing - stylish, clean and very comfortable. The garden is big and fully secure. We loved the pool - perfect. Easy walk to the village where there is a bar, boulangerie, shop, pharmacy and a small market on a Wednesday.Local restaurants by the harbour are wonderful and easy walk too. We so loved the place and our hosts that we’ll be back. Would highly recommend.

Logement idéal pour un week-end en famille. La maison est décorée avec goût et est très fonctionnelle. Le jardin et la piscine agrémentent le tout. Il ne manque rien. La situation est idéale car la maison est située à deux pas de la mer et du village. Les balades alentours sont magnifiques. Notre hôte Christine est très accueillante et disponible.Je recommande ce logement.

maison très spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire et même beaucoup plus ! très agréable avec vue mer depuis les chambres et la terrasse du haut , une piscine très bien chauffée.La maison est très bien placée ! À pieds vous avez une boulangerie avec toutes les spécialités bretonnes, une poste, un restaurant une supérette, un marchand de journaux et même un coiffeur ! Le dimanche matin un énorme marché avec de très bons produits !On peut aussi aller au port à pied et prendre un bateaux pour différentes excursions L hôte est très à l écoute toujours disponible nous avons passé une excellente semaine !

Un weekend parfait en famille ! La villa est magnifique, impeccablement propre et bien équipée. La piscine était un vrai bonheur, dans un cadre calme et reposant. Les enfants comme les adultes ont adoré. On a passé 4 jours de pur bonheur, sans rien à redire. Je recommande vivement les yeux fermés — on reviendra sans hésiter ! 20/20

Très belle maison, spacieuse, bien aménagée et bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont également très agréables, jolies terrasses, vue mer, piscine chauffée... L'endroit parfait pour passer un bon week-end en famille.

La maison très ouverte au rez de chaussée, sur un grand jardin paysager avec beaucoup d’arbres fruitiers généreux, a pu accueillir quelques volatiles de la biodiversité… Aucun des nombreux autres locataires suivants ou précédents n’a jamais évoqué cela, pas plus que d'éventuels bruits de voisinages.

Une maison où on se sent bien

Villa magnifique, tout confort, aucun équipement n'y manque, idéale pour se reposer et profiter d'un parc spacieux, de la piscine juste parfaite.Les hôtes ont accueillants et de bon conseil pour les commerces, les balades, les choses à faire et à voir dans les environs.
