The property offers garage parking for one vehicle and driveway parking for four more. The beach backyard has a small fenced area just before you cross the private dune cross-over to the beach. There’s also a gas grill for all your outdoor cooking needs.
Your small pup (maximum of two) is welcome to join you with owner’s permission and a $200 per pet fee. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Gulf Beach.
Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies, and no events are permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25.
