**This property includes 2 FREE beach loungers & umbrella (March 15 - October 15), located directly behind the complex on the beach!**

If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front bedrooms, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet with a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Full beds in the other. The living room also features a pullout sofa for additional guests. Both bedrooms and the living room have newer Smart TVs and cable. The generously sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Important Notes:
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the home during the duration of the reservation.
- Smoking is NOT allowed in this unit.
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available from on-site vendor.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes will be left in the unit.

Our stay was very pleasant and the location was very quaint. The beach was never over crowded. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. I will say when we checked in, it was very hot and the curtains were closed. Everything eventually cooled down with some assistance from oscillating fans that were there but it took a while. My son and I went and played golf at Bay Pointe which was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay again!!

Mother and daughters vacation

Condo was perfect. Great location right on the beach. Sat on the balcony every morning and night watch the sun rise and set. Would definitely stay there again.

Stunning beachfront condo, with incredible view from every room. Half mile to grocery store, and close to pier as well as countless restaurants. Our rental agent, Courtney, went above & beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view in all the rooms! Very clean, laid out perfectly. Both bedrooms have ocean views. New McGuires almost across the street you can have great food and walk is easy. Beach service is great! Easy walk to beach. Elevator was so fast even though we walked stairs a lot. Stores are close by. The only thing they need is to get rid of popcorn ceilings since they already need some work on them. That was it though. Very quiet also. Sunset views are great. Will definitely be back.

Loved this place

We loved this place. It was past Pier Park where it was not as crowded but close enough to everything that we could get around easily. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and doors and the layout of the condo. We like this much better than the high rise condos. It was the perfect place.

Great place

We loved our stay here. We spent most of our time out on the balcony where the beach view is amazing. Easy beach and pool access. The kitchen is well stocked. All the appliances worked as expected. The pull out bed in the couch was rather uncomfortable for an adult, but the kids didn’t seem to mind.

Suffered bed bug bites

The property is beautiful but i suffered from bed bug bites all over my body.

To future guests I assure you this unit does not have bed bugs. Karen reached out to us with her concerns and within an hour we had someone out to the unit to inspect for bed bugs. No signs or evidence of any bugs of any sort were found and we informed Karen of that. It's unfortunate her lack of knowledge on this topic results in a 2 star review for this lovely property. Maybe Karen should pack some bug spray for her next visit to Florida.

Overall good- lacked cleanliness and needs updating.

Beautiful condo. Unfortunately there was food under the couch when we arrived and ants in the second bedroom. Master bath appeared to have mold on ceiling in shower and peeling in spots. We love the location of the property and check in was easy. Carpet wasn’t great but that’s typical for a beach property with sand.

Thanks Brooke for staying with us! Yes the owners plan to replace the carpet and make some other updates but have been waiting for the window project to be complete which should be within the next few months. We hope you'll visit us again!

Panama City Beach Snow Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Seachase Condo for three weeks. The condo itself is very well maintained and the views to the ocean were awesome. There was some noise due to replacement from of all windows and doors in the building but the owners understood how this was affecting our relaxation time and gave us a discount. Amazing!!! We will definitely be back.

Love it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at 201W can not say enough good things about this condo. Very roomy clean quite great location . One of the best things about this building is the on site parking, no walking across front beach road or trying to find a spot . Southern Coast Rental Company is a great management company to deal with never has been any issues ! Looking forward to 2024 and our stay at 201W for the third year !

Needs some repair work

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location. I'm not a fan of carpet in a beach house. Paint in the bathroom was peeling off, some areas looked like someone tried to repair it. Balcony door in master would not open. Kitchen area was up dated and looked nice.

Thanks for staying with us! The Owner is actually having the unit painted this month and all glass sliders and windows are set to be replaced within upcoming months. Great improvements to come, hope you'll visit us again!

Annual Mother's Day Getaway

Mom & I have made Seachase Condos our destination for a perfect Mother's Day Week Vacay each year! This condo's location on the 2nd floor was so very convenient! We love Seachase for its amazing floor to ceiling views from all rooms and its always so peaceful without all the rowdy partiers you have to deal with at other sites. The added 2 chair beach service included with this condo was a definite plus! No worries abiut hauling chairs, umbrella, and gear up and down! I only seen a minor issue with cleaning in the bathrooms, but nothing worth a complaint or anything less than 5 stars!! Of course the view, having sooo many pillows, the washer/dryer, and not having to worry about a key are my favorites about this condo!
