If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! Recently updated with all NEW windows and sliding glass doors! This beautifully updated and decorated Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of luxury living space with vinyl plank flooring throughout. This unit offers 2 gulf front bedrooms, one on each end of the unit featuring a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the other. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The generously sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full sized washer and dryer. Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

***NOTE: The Seachase HOA will be replacing all glass (doors & windows) in both buildings. Work is currently underway in the West Tower and should hopefully be completed by mid-summer 2024. Work will then begin on the 8th floor, East Tower. This project should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but work is expected to last several months. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.***
