Don't miss the chance to stay at this premium spot! This condo was fabulous and more than enough room for me, my daughter and granddaughter. We loved the proximity to the beach and shopping. The view is amazing, with a large deck to enjoy. Our rooms were spacious and that master bath!! Will definitely book again.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean and the beds comfortable. Management was very responsive to requests and communications. Great view from the balcony and on the “quiet” end of town. The unit could use some small items such as a hair dryer in the 2nd bathroom, more towels per guest, more dish towels, coffee filters and salt and pepper. Overall it’s a great place and we would stay again.

We had a very nice stay overall but there were a few issues with the condo, none that would prevent me from staying again though. The floors were really dirty and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. There was mold growing in toilet in the master and the tile in the shower was very dirty. The washer smelled like sewage and desperately needs to be cleaned. The decor and furniture was very nice and there were adequate kitchen supplies. The beds were decent as far as comfort. Like every condo at PCB people smoking on the balconies make using the outdoor space difficult but that is everywhere. The elevators are extremely quick and there are plenty of luggage carts to use. There is no ramp down to the beach. You have to go down 3 sets of stairs so that makes having a beach cart very difficult. You are extremely close to the beach though so again not a deal breaker just an fyi. The pool was very clean and the property was very well maintained. Every worker I talked to was super friendly. Overall great stay! Would recommend.

Great Condo!!!

This is our second year staying In this condo. We had a very comfortable stay and no issues. Condo is super clean and had everything we needed. It is the perfect location. Close to everything but still the quiet West end. We would definately choose this unit again. Palazzo is perfect but at usual parking is tight but there is a small lot across the street for larger vehicles. Don’t hesitate to rent this one!

relaxing week

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The condo is bigger than pictured! Had everything we needed and the beds and furniture are comfortable. Mater bedroom and bathroom is HUGE. Balcony is HUGE. Great end of the beach and condo pool and hot tub were nice and clean.Only issue we had is master bed has a very soft topper and the bed is soft. We were able to sleep just fine on it, but we just like firmer beds. And yes, the bed being soft is our only complaint. Will stay again

We loved Palazzo!

I will definitely being staying here again! The room was exactly as pictured! The beds were comfy and clean. The full size washer and dryer made laundry a breeze. The shower water pressure is amazing. The balcony had plenty of seating. The elevators were great and parking was easy. Also, I loved having two beach loungers to use each day. There were only a few things that would have made things run a little smoother. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the balcony light; perhaps it needed a bulb. Add a tea pitcher to the kitchen. Instructions for how to operate the fan/light remotes. The small bathroom tub was slow to drain while showering. I think it’s due to the amazing water pressure though. None of which are deal breakers. This condo and grounds were clean. I felt safe day and night. This is a great family area and condo. I can’t wait to come back!

Overall, this was a nice condo to stay at. Like any rental it had its pros and cons. Pros: great location, low density complex, the extra room with double bed was such a plus, bathrooms were all beautifully updated, kitchen had all new appliances, the complex was meticulously maintained and clean - you saw staff everyday all day cleaning, the ease of getting to the beach was very convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby Cons: multiple outlets in the dining area didn’t work, the kitchen did not have a cheese grater or vegetable peeler, all three beds were AWFUL (so bad that this is the deciding factor of why we will not return to this condo), the complex pool was very small, the chair rental/setup/employees seemed very disorganized in the beginning of the week (much better when Parker came on shift), the parking garage is a nightmare, the rug in the extra bedroom with washer and dryer is in very bad shape - within the first five minutes of being in the condo the frayed rug caused me to trip and I actually broke a toe, the washer and dryer are so snug in the closet that the doors do not open properly and one of the doors is broken

This property was exactly as listed. It was perfect for our family of four and we have adult children. The beds are comfortable and everything was as advertised. Will definitely be booking again!

This was a stunning condo. We traveled with 4 adults, one teen and one child. It was the perfect size for us. The balcony was great with an amazing view. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach was not crowded at all which I was surprised it being in July. While the Palazzo is large, it doesn’t seem to be as crowded as the some of the other high rises. The only negative we found with this property was the parking deck. We have a midsize SUV and it was a tight fit in some of the spaces. But there’s Palazzo overflow parking across the road so we parked there to have more room. We had a great trip and enjoyed the property. I would definitely stay here again.
