The 50m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift in the family residence "Mer & Soleil", which is situated at the edge of "La forêt de la pierre attelée", the unique dune forest in the department and facing the sea. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160), a sofa bed (140) and a spare bed (90) in the mezzanine, capable of accommodating up to 4 people.



The dining room provides access to a terrace with sea view. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle. An independent bathroom and toilet complete the rental. You benefit from the common areas of the residence, which include a library, ping pong table and outdoor children's play area.
