For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A balcony of around 8m² for each ground-floor bedroom
- A 70 m² terrace with furniture as well as a pierrade and an electric barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
