Perfect St Gervais location

Superb property in great location in the heart of St Gervais. We were a family of 6 adults who loved the property, the views from the balconies and the perfect central location of this apartment. The added bonus was reserved parking in the local underground secure car park. Enjoyed a stunning week on the slopes and in the local bars/restaurants.

Great location

A lovely duplex style apartment in the heart of this lovely town. The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for our needs. Would definitely book again. The comms with the owners were great and the check in process great. The taxi driver found it difficult to find but we directed him correctly in the end. Great place. Many thanks.

Fantastic Apartment

We stayed in this apartment over Christmas. It is brilliantly located in the centre of the town which has numerous restaurants and shops on your doorstep. It is a 10 minute walk to the Bettex cable car. The apartment is lovely. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the ownercwas excellent. As others have said it is quite tricky to find at first. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay again.

Mostly good

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The apartment is nice. Advertising it as luxury is a bit of an exaggeration but it it’s a nice apartment/ townhouse that is perfect for 1 big family or 2 small families. The location is absolutely superb in terms of it being right in the centre of town, with restaurants and shops very close by.We had a few grievances which were - Nearly all cutlery, bowls, plates, mugs and glasses were dirty. It was obvious they had been put through a dishwasher but debatable with cleaning product in it. There was hardened bits of food all over things. The property manager/ cleaner should have noticed this as it wasn’t a one off. The vrbo add stated the property had parking. It’s kind of half true. You can park in a big multi storey that is used by everyone for free who visits the town. So you need to walk 5 minutes across town. The way to unload and load the car on arrival and departure is a huge problem if you have more than a basic suitcase and/ or are travelling with small children. The heating controls are very confusing so you end up having to go around every radiator and adjusting them manually. There is some conflicting information between the ad and then the property book when you get there - such as the ad states 11am check out and it then states 10 when you arrive.Despite the above cons, I would still recommend this apartment as the price vs quality was good and apart from the kitchenware it was clean and comfortable.

Hi James, Thank you for the review as we appreciate all feedback. I am sorry for any confusion over the parking. The provided spaces were withdrawn a year ago by a change in lease from the town Mayor. We updated the sites and documentation to reflect this, but I am sorry if this fell after your initial booking and we failed to identify the change to you. I am also sorry about the condiiton of the crockery and cutlery. This is not the standard we or the proporty manager deliver. I was there in December and we did not an issue (otherwise the manager would have been hauled in to address). I have passed on to the manager and asked her to check the dishwasher filters are cleaned. We will do better. Thank you again.

Mooi en ruim appartement in het centrum van Saint Gervais.

Een fijn verblijf, goed uitgerust, ruim en comfortabel. Gelegen in het centrum nabij winkels, liften… Terras vooraan wat lawaaierig maar achteraan rustig.

Lovely apartment in great location

Our family of 2 adults 3 children had a great holiday here. The apartment was clean , well equipped and plenty of storage and space. Lovely views . Very close to all amenities in the village. We drove to the free car park each morning to take the gondola up as this suited us. Great ski and snowboard tuition with ESF . Recommend the lovely indoor pool in St.Gervais too , especially good for children. Will definitely be back! Many thanks .

It is a dream come true owning a property in the French Alps and we are so happy to be able to share it with others. We love the outdoors and the Alps are perfect with so much to offer. We hope you can get as much pleasure from the apartment, and the beautiful town of St Gervais as we do time and again.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

A beautiful alpine town that is buzzing with activity in both the winter and summer. We fell in love with the apartment the moment we saw it. The town has everything we could wish for whilst keeping a traditional authentic character. The skiing is superb and the summer activities are endless and with Mont Blanc overlooking you, this is the Alps at their best.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We have tried to create a comfortable home with practical features such as the ski locker, large cloakroom and washer/dryer. The bedrooms are fitted to a high standard with comfortable, supportive mattresses and quality bedding, something often missing from ski properties. The shops and restaurants are on the doorstep and access to the slopes is quick and easy with the ski shuttle bus.
