Ca' Francesco Apartment

Large 130 square meter apartment in the most central neighborhood of the city. Very spacious living room with city view, two bedrooms. One double bed and two single beds. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, bathroom with shower and a corridor to access the sleeping area. Two bedrooms. We provide beds linen and bath towels. We also provide shampoo e gel shower. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 3-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs to climb without an elevator.
Supermarket and other small shops (greengrocers, groceries etc.) available within walking distance.
The neighborhood is the "high" area of Cannaregio. Very central and convenient for all the main and most central attractions of the historic center. In 5 minutes on foot you arrive at the Rialto bridge in the area of the beautiful and traditional market, in about 10 minutes you are in Piazza San Marco.

THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND MUST BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-IN (4.00 EUROS PER PERSON PER NIGHT).

Check-in from 3.00pm to 10.00pm
You can leave your luggage from 11.00 but then you have to leave the apartment and come back from 15.00.

Very good Location for a stay in venice

Very good located. A Bit outside of Tourist crowds, nearby Bar, Shop and fruit Stall. Short way to vaporetto stations. We enjoyed the stay!We would book it again, of in venice! For the two of us more than sufficient Place.Our Highlight

Huge apartment! Great for families. Note there is no elevator, apartment is in the third (fourth?) floor.

Perfect Venice flat

Location! Location! Location! This flat was the perfect place for our family of three to stay in Venice. Beautiful old building, comfortable and clean, close to major Ferry stop and a short walk to everything. Our hosts were great with communication. We loved our stay!

The apartment is very well located, close to one of the waterbus stops. The apartment is very big and having two washrooms is very when having good more than two people. We enjoy our stay here.

Venice

Caution that property is up 3 long flights of stairs. The is no light switch for the stairwell from the top, so bring your flashlight. Checkin possible only with smartphone and data service. The property had only intermittent heat, and was generally cold. Otherwise a spacious flat, with 2 baths.

Fourth floor apartment

Although the apartment was spacious and clean, it was on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. The bedrooms are spacious, but the bathroom is small. Despite my efforts, there was limited contact with the property manager before arrival and directions to the property were vague.

Very spacious and relaxing. The stairs are a challenge when checking in and checking out with suitcases, but it is worth the effort. There is a supermarket nearby called "coop" which is very convenient. I really recommend it if you are staying in Venice for a long time.

Très agréable séjour dans un bel environnement

Bel appartement, spacieux et bien situé dans un quartier d'habitation calme. Beaux volumes, notamment le séjour, 2 grandes chambres. Appartement dans son jus, sols et décoration vénitiens. Cela pourrait être encore mieux si les salles d'eau étaient repeintes (plafonds bien abimés), un flexible de douche changé, les ampoules électriques vérifiées, une lunette de toilettes fixée. Petits détails qui méritent une attention. Egalement ajouter le mode d'emploi du chauffage, quelques couverts supplémentaires (petites cuillères), et tout serait parfait ! La vue sur le jardin de beaux bâtiments anciens est dégagée et très agréable. Globalement très bien.

Excellente localisation

Bel appartement dans son jus. Très calme dans un secteur proche de tout. Par contre il nécessite clairement un coup de peinture et surtout une bonne rénovation des salles de bain. Un WC sur deux hors service, la douche est en bout de course, le four ne fonctionne pas et il manque des ustensiles de cuisine de base (casseroles, louche, torchons...). Malgrés tout on passe un très bon séjour d

appartement spacieux (excepté la SDB avec toilettes) et propre. Accueil limité au strict nécessaire. des "pénalités" financières si on arrive après 21 H ( ce qui est toujours le cas avec Transavia) et impossibilité de laisser nos bagages après le départ exigé à 10H.On a du les déposer dans une consigne .

Siamo un team "famigliare" che gestisce una decina di appartamenti ad uso turistico. Abbiamo iniziato nel 2016 con una struttura di famiglia e negli anni ci siamo piano piano ingranditi. Siamo sempre disponibili per i nostri clienti ma non viviamo nei siti dove si trovano gli appartamenti. Viviamo comunque nel centro storico di Venezia e quindi riusciamo a raggiungere le varie strutture, per eventuali emergenze, normalmente in circa un'ora. Siamo sempre disponibili per comunicazioni via wahtsup, sms, mail o telefonate. La via comunicativa che preferiamo è quella tramite whatsup che ci permette di comunicare con calma, condividendo immagini o eventuali link, anche quando siamo impegnati nei nostri lavori principali.
