Welcome to our peaceful Centennial retreat!
This 1,100 sq ft private walk-out basement apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a private entrance with no shared indoor spaces. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to relax and feel at home.

Enjoy your own private patio and large backyard, along with a kitchenette, in-unit washer & dryer, fast WiFi, and free street parking. The space is bright, clean, and designed for comfort and privacy.

We are conveniently located near Cherry Creek State Park, Southlands Mall, about 20 miles / 35 minutes from downtown Denver.

Ideal for couples, traveling professionals, nurses on assignment, and guests visiting the area for work or extended stays.

Please note: we live on the upper level of the home, but the apartment has its own private entrance and no shared areas. We fully respect your privacy and are available if you need anything.

Lovely home in nice neighborhood met our needs perfectly. I appreciated that this home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Backyard was a hit - so many seating options to relax with a book. The couch was so comfortable to watch movies on the big screen TV. I also appreciated the firm bed mattress; it felt new. Big thumbs up on this property. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our short stay, the place is really nice. The only thing I wanted to mention was the washer had a moldy smell, we have the same washer at home and we always leave the door open after using to let it air out. I took the tray out and cleaned it the best I could. Thank you!!

Very nice place for a week’s stay for our party of 4. Place was very clean and provided everything we needed. Location was fantastic, with plenty of eateries, grocery and shops nearby; and not too far from downtown Denver. Check-in and check-out was super easy too. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in the area; highly recommend.

Excellent Stay!

This VRBO was excellent & just as described in the description & pictures. It was in the perfect location for us, exceptionally clean and the accommodations were perfect. Access to property, wifi, etc. very clear and precise. All in all a great place to be. We hope to return.

Me, my wife, and two kids stayed here for 7 days and it was perfect! The check in process was very easy and the property was very clean and spacious for us. We will book this property again next year if we play here again.
