• Pets are not permitted at this property
• Evaporative cooler keeps the home comfortable in summer; 2 portable AC units & fans provided for supplemental cooling. Colorado nights cool naturally into the 60s—open windows at night and close in the morning to keep temps pleasant.
• Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care. Plant care is scheduled for Fridays to care for several live plants (around 12:15). They will ring the doorbell before entering.
• Jets in bathtub are not operational
• For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
• The kitchen is on the lower level, and access to the backyard is through the main bedroom
• This unique home comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Including multiple workstations (monitors included) and a private home gym, it makes for a perfect work-from-home environment. The house has an evaporative cooler for use in the warm summer months (not central air).
•We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
