We come to Sanibel pretty regularly. We enjoy the beaches, the shells, the wildlife and the water sports. We have stayed at this complex before. This is the first time in this room and with this agency. I will have to say it was different. The room was as described and we thought it was nice.

Beautiful & spacious

I picked this condo because it allows dogs and I was so, so thrilled. It was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable and spacious. It was a very short walk to the beach where I enjoyed walking my dog and collecting shells. The grocery was a short bike ride away as was a number of restaurants. I will be back again.

Very Nice!!

The property was nice, clean and very quiey. The room was clean as well. Couldn't have asked for a much better experience. The check-in process was super easy. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Fantastic Place

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Pet friendly made it perfect. This unit was grogious. Very uodated- diswasher, stove, washer dryer, AC unit. , painted. We love Sanibel and this was just great. We liked it so much we signed up for the same two weeks in 2023.. Complex is clean- great heated pool. Short walk thur the complex to the beach. Fully equiped - about anything you need in the unit. Covered Parking with a storage room- with everything you will need for the beach- the picture tells it all. Great two weeks there.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Island Beach Club several times before (Buildings B,C and E) and always loved it. This time was a bit different and it was primarily because of the location of the condo within the complex. The condo was located in Building A, facing the pool. The carpeting in the master bedroom and bath area was quite dirty, looked original, and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. And for the entire week of our stay, there were screaming children at the pool. They screamed for hours each day making it impossible to enjoy the screened in porch - not the relaxing vacation we were so looking forward to. In the evenings, all we could smell was someone else's dinner cooking on the community's outdoor grills near the pool. We would not recommend this location. It was a disappointment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at IBC #P3A and would be happy to stay there again. The condo was clean and very welcoming. Select Vacation Properties was very easy to work with and helpful whenever we called them. The only downside to our stay was beyond the control of the unit managers and owner - the condo below us was remodeling and we had to listen to the saws and sanders everyday! I would recommend this place to anyone who was interested. It was our first time to Sanibel Island and we hope to return again one day!
