This is a disappointing review from Steve. I went over and above for him as a guest. I answered multiple phone calls pertaining to check in, places to go and see and if his group should rent a car or an uber. I even tried to get him Pirate tickets. We allowed his group of 5 to check in well ahead of the 4pm check in time. Our pictures clearly state "lower level bath" and laundry, and it is not our intent to be non transparent about this. We have also adjusted the limit on the number of guests at the property. Our property has received nothing but 5 star reviews on this platform, and we maintain a 4.84 average with 68 reviews on other platforms. Our goal is to provide great accommodation and service to you as a guest, please consider this review an outlier and not the norm.
