The perfect location for those wanting easy access to all the city of Asheville has to offer. From breweries, to the Biltmore House which are all minutes away! After a pleasing evening experiencing the city, enjoy a serene evening next to the fire pit while soaking in the beautiful mountain views.

The space
My home is completely furnished with all amenities needed to feel at home. A fully equipped kitchen with toaster, fridge, blender, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishware, and cooking ware. The laundry room has a full washer and dryer including an iron/ironing board. Linens and towels and some toiletry essentials are provided. Smart TVs are available in every room along with Netflix set up. I’m looking forward to hosting amazing people! I’ll be waiting for an inquiry from you and we can start discussing more details from there!

Guest access
All guests will have full access to the house and premises except for my cleaning closets.

NO SMOKING/VAPING IS ALLOWED
NO PARTIES

Please be mindful of loud noises after 10:00 pm.

A maximum of TWO pets are allowed with prior approval. Dogs are always welcomed but please check with me first if you want to bring some other pets. There is an additional pet fee of $25/night per pet.

I will be providing essential supplies but if they run out it's up to guests to provide for themselves.

My home is on .4 acres of land but it's not fenced in, so please watch your dog when outside. Please be mindful of my neighbors! They are all very kind and I wouldn’t want them to be bothered.

Anyone violating the house rules will be held responsible for all expenses required to bring the home back to its original state.
