Welcome to Alondra’s Home!

Your perfect Asheville getaway awaits! Nestled in an ideal location, my home offers easy access to everything the city has to offer—from renowned breweries to the iconic Biltmore Estate, all just minutes away. After a day of exploring, unwind by the fire pit and take in the breathtaking mountain views for a truly serene experience.

The Space
Designed for comfort, my home is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, including a toaster, fridge, blender, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, cookware, and dishware.

For added convenience, the laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided to make your stay hassle-free.

Each room is fitted with a Smart TV, complete with Netflix, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies. I take great pride in hosting and can’t wait to welcome you! Feel free to reach out with any questions—I’m happy to help!

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the house and outdoor areas, except for designated cleaning closets.

Things to Note
- No smoking or vaping inside the home
- No parties or large gatherings
- Please keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM

- Pet Policy:

A maximum of two pets is allowed with prior approval.
Dogs are always welcome, but for any other pets, please check with me first.
A $25 per night, per pet fee applies.
The property sits on 0.4 acres but is not fenced in, so please keep an eye on your pets while they are outside.
I provide essential supplies to get you started, but if they run out during your stay, you may need to restock as needed.

My neighbors are friendly and respectful, and I kindly ask that guests extend the same courtesy.

Anyone violating the house rules will be held responsible for any necessary repairs or additional cleaning to restore the home to its original condition.

Amazing cozy stay!

It was a pleasure staying at this cabin! We all loved the place and the views. The check in process was really smooth, and Alondra made sure to go above and beyond so we felt as home as possible! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely stay again if possible!!

The host communicated promptly with us. The place was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. It was decorated nicely with comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, and pillows and extra blankets. The air-conditioning was amazing during the 90 week that we stayed.. we were close enough to town that it was 15 minutes away from everything we needed, but in a quiet cul-de-sac with very nice neighbors that waved as we drove by. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean and well stocked with most necessities. The only minor cleanliness issue we noticed was some dust on the ceiling fans and vents.A previous review mentioned the home can be difficult to find in the dark, so we made sure to arrive before sunset. Check-in details were sent early in the day, which we really appreciated. When we arrived, the thermostat was set to 50 degrees, so we turned up the heat, turned on the outdoor lights, and headed out to Bob Lewis Ballpark. Finding the house when we returned was no problem, but since it’s wooded, having the lights on definitely helps with parking and entry after dark.The location was perfect for our needs—about 10 minutes to the ballpark and 15-20 minutes to both Tanger Outlets and Biltmore Village. For dining nearby, we really enjoyed Taco Boy and The Madness Sushi & Burger Bar.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

The house was cute and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with lovely Mountain View’s. The host was more than helpful starting at booking all the way to the end of our stay. Would definitely rent this location again.

Great house

The house is beautiful and we were welcomed with wine and nice selection of coffees. Towels were hard to find but we received quick response from owner on where to find them. We were disappointed it rained and was too blustery the whole visit as we were looking forward to sitting by the fire pit.

Biltmore visit

I brought my mom to Ashville to see the Biltmore for her 80th birthday. It was on her bucket list. We had a wonderful girls weekend with my SIL and nieces. This lovely home was our perfect resting place during our busy weekend. The home is as advertised. Accommodations were very nice and clean. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for a great stay!!

Quick Trip to Asheville

The house was as pictured with beautiful mountain views. There was plenty of room for everyone with 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt like we had plenty of privacy while sitting at the firepit. The kids caught fireflies and we roasted marshmallows. The location was close to downtown Asheville and a short drive to Biltmore as well as several hiking locations. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Nice stay while touring area universities/colleges

Home is nice and well supplied. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Home is an easy 15-20 minutes to Asheville. The road to the house is more like a driveway and the first house has quite an assortment of stuff behind it. We thought we were in the wrong place for a few minutes until we decided to keep going up the drive/road and then we found the house.

Great place

Property met all expectations and was as advertised. There were a few minor items that owner may want to address: 1. Ceiling fan in main bedroom seems to have bearing going out, made a lot of noise when turned on, so we did not use it. 2. Branches were hanging very low over the firepit, partially obscuring view and potentially a fire hazard.
