Gite located on the 2nd floor (from the road, common entrance by a descending staircase or private access by the terrace) including: a living room-kitchen lounge area, a fireplace, 4 bedrooms (2 bunk beds 90x190 cm and 1 headboard-bed 1 person 90x190 cm / 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm and 1 single bed 90x190 cm / 2 double beds 140x190 cm), a bathroom (bath), a shower room (shower), 2 separate WCs. 2 terraces. Laundry room common to the 3 gites on the 2nd floor. Possibility to unload the car in front of the house then free public parking down the street at 250 m. The owners' house with the 3 gites is located on the side of the slope, the last house at the top of the village road. The bay windows in the living room offer a view across the village, the valley and the surrounding mountains. A pleasant cottage with its mountain character to meet up with friends, comfortably seated in front of the fireplace (wood provided for 1 outbreak) or enjoy the 2 terraces. In winter, a shuttle provides connections to Bessans, a village 8 km away which is also possible to reach by cross-country skiing. On the heights of the listed village of Bonneval sur Arc, the Ouille du Midi is a beautiful country house on the side of a slope. By cutting on foot along a path between the houses, it is possible to reach the shops, restaurants and ski lifts in a few minutes.
