Book this luxurious home located on Kings Deer Golf Course and set on 2.5 acres. Enjoy extra large spaces with a huge kitchen, 3 large living rooms, 5 bedrooms, two decks, 8 person hot tub, with golf course and mountain views. Sleep in comfort with the choice of many sleeping areas starting with the main level master suite that has a split King Purple 4 mattress with dual adjustable frames, high ceilings, a siting area with fireplace and TV. Master suite also has private bathroom with 2 sinks, large soaking tub with TV, and large double shower. 2 other rooms have queen beds, another room has 2 twins and a third twin pull out of the chair and a half. The last bedroom has mega bunk beds with 4 full size mattresses as well as 2 twin size trundle beds. The large walk out basement has spacious family room with sectional couch large TV, surround sound, another fireplace, and additional space with game table and ping pong table. For quiet reading space enjoy the serenity of the private library with sliding ladder and fireplace. For dinner enjoy the formal dining room with soft light and beautiful setting or the 8 chairs around the large island. This home is great for large groups or those that will appreciate a classically beautiful home.

Dan and Becky were extremely helpful. they were the best property owner I have ever seen in my over 20 years of renting for vacation. The deck overlooking the golf course was great. Trampoline was a hit with our grand daughters

Fabulous!

This home and property was beyond incredible! From its spaciousness, cleanliness and well appointed furniture and appliances, to the amazing mountain and golf course views…. This property left us with no regrets! Finally, the host Dan, was accommodating and very cordial! I highly recommend this property!

Great property , large enough for the 10 people we had staying, we would definitely stay their again

Stayed their with friends for a softball tournament. Great property, ample parking, house was definitely large enough to accommodate all 10 of us. Plenty of bathrooms, and the 6 fireplaces were amazing.

The property was as described in the listing. Amazing stay will recommend for friends and family!

The property was nice, clean and as described in the listing. The host was amazing! They were very responsive and answered all our questions patiently and promptly even before we reached there. I would definitely recommend renting this property if you are planning for a nice stay and vacation in Colorado Springs area.

Hello friends, we are Dan and Becky Armstrong. We own this home and rent it out when we are traveling. We custom built this home in 2019 and we have loved the house. We have 5 kids and do travel a lot so the home is available a decent amount of time. Both of us have lived most of our lives in the Western US and love the mountains and the open spaces. We also love to see new places and we take our kids on lots of trips around the world. We are in the real estate industry by trade. Dan is the sales guy and Becky is the decorator. We both have large families so we built our home to accommodate large gatherings. We've had great times in this home and hope you will to.

This home is newly build and ready to house a lot of people. We designed it with large spaces and elegant features. We think you will love the style and the accommodations. The kitchen is not only large, but stylish with gray painted floor to ceiling cabinetry, modern quartz countertops, an island that is just huge for food prep and can seat 8. There are also 3 large living rooms, high ceilings, five fireplaces, lots of beds, formal dining and a quaint library. There is also lots of space around the home as it sits on 2.5 acres and backs to the golf course. This home is an awesome place to stay.

The home can accommodate lots of people. 19 people can sleep in beds and there are 5 couches people can crash on too. It has a trampoline, a basketball hoop, a grand piano, a gourmet kitchen, surround sound movie experience and a game room in the basement.
