A dream view of the Etang de Thau is offered to you from the terrace of this superb apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a prestigious residence ideally located on the marina of the charming city of Marseillan.
The photos on the site were taken directly from the terrace of the apartment.
You will enjoy a peaceful environment, while being only 300 meters from the bustling port of Marseillan-Ville.

The apartment has been furnished with top-of-the-range furniture: living room by Roche Bobois and USM, Treca bedding (Boxspring) in the master bedroom and Emma in the guest bedroom. Everything is designed to offer you comfort "like at home"... or even more.

The modern kitchen, by Pérène, is equipped with top-of-the-range Bora appliances: induction hob with Teppanyaki, integrated vacuum system with carbon filter, combined steam oven... Enough to cook fish without the slightest smell. The appliances also include a washing machine and a Miele dishwasher.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with individual room control.

Teleworking is made easier thanks to a high-performance fibre Wi-Fi connection.

In short, a bright and refined holiday apartment, where the view of the Etang de Thau and the level of comfort will make you immediately feel at home... to the point of finding it difficult to leave it

Wonderful apartment

We spent two weeks and enjoyed every moment. The apartment is spacious, has a wonderful view, is nicely decorated and has an outstandingly equipped kitchen. The location is central, close to the port and its restaurants, but quiet.

Merci pour votre commentaire, nous avons aménagé notre appartement comme si nous devions y habiter à l'année. Le confort en vacances ne doit pas être un option. Cuisiner est ma passion, et les magnifiques produits de l'Etang de Thau ne peuvent que se sublimer avec un équipement adéquat.

On a vraiment adoré notre séjour au plein coeur de Marseillan. L'appartement est un point de départ idéal pour flaner dans les petites rues du centre. La vue du balcon sur le port est spectaculaire. C'était magnifique!

L'appartement était propre et bien rangé, bien organisé et doté d'équipements modernes et de qualité. L'hôte était attentif et répondait rapidement et facilement aux demandes.
