Beautiful Beach Front Condo Next To Pier!!! SNOW BIRDS PLEASE INQUIRE!!!

After a day of activities on the snow-white sand of Navarre Beach, you may just want to relax. There is no better place to do it than on the large, circular terrace of this 15th (!) floor luxury condominium. From here you can enjoy a 270-degree panoramic view of the beach, the fishing pier, and beautiful Santa Rosa Sound.

Inside you will enjoy the beauty of a professionally decorated, 1400-square-foot home. The master bedroom is large and the master bathroom is phenomenal as it seems to jut out into the Gulf of Mexico.

Of course, there are three smart televisions. And feel free to add to the games and puzzles.

The modern kitchen is completely equipped with anything you might possibly need - coffee maker and Kurig, blender, microwave, ice maker, spices, etc. I would recommend getting extra bags of ice for the beach and such. Also, this condo comes with complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and umbrella from March-October.

This vacation treat yourself to luxury at a very affordable price!

Family Navarre Trip

This property was a great place to stay. Very clean plenty of room and had everything you needed. The balcony view was awesome. Pool was great and it was a close walk to the beach. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Location, location, location! Beach access is quick and easy, beautiful beaches, comes with 2 chairs and umbrella set up, and .4 miles from pier and fun!

New Beach Home for Family Vacations

We have found our new beach home for future stays in Navarre. We have stayed at a few places there but we really enjoyed Beach Colony Resort and the unit we were in was fabulous. So thankful to have found this and our host was so wonderful and helpful to speak with.

Perfect beach staycation

We were moving out of town and chose to stay here for the last four days of our time in Navarre. It was beautiful and perfectly equipped for our needs. The view was exactly what we wanted, and the apartment is comfortable. Showers were a little grimy, but overall it was really a relaxing time.

Very Nice Condo

The condo was well decorated, clean, and spacious. It was located within walking distance of several restaurants. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Family visit

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony was a good size with lots of seating. Seth was a great host and replied quickly to all of my questions. I would recommend this unit.

Our stay at this property was exceptional! The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and its central location made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Perfect getaway

My Wife and I booked this unit for 5 days to celebrate her 60th birthday, and we were not disappointed. Perfect view from the 15th floor balcony, close to the pier and many restaurants and shops. If Seth and his family will have us, we will be back!

Great location and balcony

We loved staying in this condo - perfect location, close to beach! The included beach chairs were nice, too. We also spent a lot of time on the large balcony - never saw a dolphin, but did see the Blue Angels fly over. The only suggestions I would have is dark curtains for guest room and some type of dead bolt/ security measure on main door.

Fantastic view

The condo has fantastic views from the balcony. The only complaint, the elevators at the beach colony, throughout the week one of the elevators was periodically not working.
