Choose this beautifully updated property in Navarre Beach for your next vacation! Gulf Island #224 is just a few short steps from a beach access and offers views of the Santa Rosa Sound from its private balcony. This three-bedroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and with the open floorplan you will never feel pressed for space. During your stay you will enjoy all the comforts of home, including flat-screen TVs throughout, a washer and dryer in the property, and free wifi. You’ll also have a full kitchen, recently updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, with the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8): This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to every check-in.

The condominium was nice

The condominium was nice, clean, maybe a little too big for the three of us. Close to the beach and pool that was really nice. We had a great stay.

Great location.

Very nice place. Close to beach. Clean and well-stocked, especially if you plan to cook most of your meals. Will be back!

Great place and location

We had a great stay, the only thing that wasn't good was the pool. It was always crowded and we didn't even get to get in it the entire trip.

Aside from condo renovations eliminating the balcony it was great

Condo is beautiful! We had a wonderful stay! Noisy upstairs neighbors made it tough to sleep in the evening lol.

The condo was the perfect distance between the beach (right across the main road) and the sound (public access to the side of the condo building). The rooms were spacious as was the living area. Gorgeous view from the balcony of the sound and even some of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies- pots/pans/utensils. Pool was a little warm but it’s July so that’s to be expected. The only thing that could have been better were the towels, it’s probably time for them to be traded out. Overall really was an amazing place to stay!!

Bayside

This was a nice place! Located on the bayside but with nice sunset views, short walk down to water. Gulf was just across the street, we walked over most days (parking is available). We loved eating at Andy Ds because they had outdoor seating and live music, also Pagodas those calamari fries were the best! Truly an all around beautiful place!

Lovely place and close to the beach

This condo is perfect for our stay in Navarre. It had everything that we needed. It also has Keurig machine, which we didn't know. The place was clean and decoration was beautiful. Very beachy theme. The beach access is across the street, you can walk there. The only downside to this whole complex is there's no grills. I would stay here again.

Great & quiet location.

We loved this location. The beach access was just across the boulevard. Very clean. Plenty of seating. Would recommend more plates, utensils, etc for a place that sleeps 8…we had 7. Had some minor issues with the dryer but we notified the property mgmt team so they can deal with it. Air cooled the condo nicely. The balcony is large with a great view of sunsets. You can access the Sound water by following the path. Property is well maintained. Friendly staff. Would recommend staying here and we would definitely come back here.
