This Cottage is perfect for 2! One bedroom one bath Cottage. River front property with beautiful views of the cliff. Fall River is a spring fed river that flows through Hot springs, Evans Plunge and empties into the Cheyenne river. Sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of nature! Perfect getaway for 2. Snuggled along the Fall River beneath the red cliffs of Fall River county. It has a Carport for parking, garden path to the cottage & beautiful views. This cozy cottage has 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom and an open living room & Kitchen layout. The deck is equipped with 2 rocking chairs for you to enjoy the views and sounds of nature. Downtown Hot Springs is only 3 miles. There you can shop our unique little shops or walk the Freedom Trail through town to view all the sandstone buildings our town is known for.

We enjoyed our time in the Hot Springs area. The cottage was close to Hot Springs so we could easily go to in town if we wanted and the cottage was isolated enough to feel like we were in the hills. Especially liked the stream and red rock cliff behind the cottage.

I was very impressed with this cottage. Very clean, easy to find. The pictures you see online are exactly as you find it. The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had and left homemade chocolate chip cookies. Nice touch. The absolute best part was when you step out onto the back deck and there's a river and very beautiful red cliffs. So peaceful just sitting out there listening to the river. I wish I could have stayed longer. Wonderful host. Beautiful property. Thank you Janice

The Cottage was very clean and well maintained. Right next to the river water snd very relaxing. Close to shopping and restaurants. Janice our host was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again.

This property has to be one of the most scenic and peaceful anywhere. Clean and comfortable living area,kitchen, and great deck were a real plus. The following comments are only because we are seniors (Tim 80 - Mary 74). The steep hill made coming and going a bit of a challenge. There are no hand rails on the hill or the steps to the door. The bathroom has no grab bars. Only one queen bed with a soft "floppy" mattress made sharing a bed impossible for us. These make stays for seniors less pleasant and possibly risky. But there is no doubt this place is paradise for younger couples.

This cottage was adorable and so relaxing. It had everything we needed, was in a quiet setting off the highway and everything was kept up very nicely. We’d come back again for sure!

It is very cozy and relaxing. Sitting on the deck you listen to the Fall River flowing, and watch the turkeys and deer come into the yard. It is centrally located to many attractions in the area. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. So convenient to explore the Black Hills and Fairburn area.Cottage was well stocked and clean.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

This is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and the cookies! The back deck was the best part as so many other reviewers have stated. Clean, quiet, cool, cozy, relaxing, what more could anyone ask?

Stop looking for your place to stay in Hot Springs! This is it! Great place to rest your mind and body. Very comfy and homy. My dog is never really comfortable away from the house but he took to this place like he was home. Owners are very accommodating if you have any requests. Also a must for my wife and possibly yours....This place was very clean and my wife is a professional home cleaner. I would suggest this stay to anyone asking. Thanks again for a home away from home!!
