Housed within the historic Fargo Mercantile Building, our beautifully appointed suites and private room offer modern comfort steeped in rich history. prepare meals at your own pace. ensuring a stress-free stay. Fall River Suites: where historic character meets modern comfort."

This turn of the century modernized studio apartment has a riverfront location in downtown Hot Springs with on street parking.

In the room is a Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Main room has a setting bar with two bar stool for work and eating. There is a sink and counter for prepping food in the room. Theirs is also and a small refrigerator with freezer. The couch is a futon bed for watching TV and sleeping on. We provide pillows and bedding.

Suite base price is for 2 guest, extra guest or pets $15 per night per guest or per pet, if you click the pet fee button and it doesn't add up to the cost of $15 per night per pet we will send you a request for the balance.

I loved the location of this historic building. I was there for an extended stay and felt so comfortable here. The room, although smaller, was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bedding and always enough hot water. A movie theater, a dozen eating establishments, and many cute shops all within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great spot right on the main route through town

Comfortable, clean, and quiet but stuff to do right outside the building.

I loved the accommodations. Historic buildings are my favorite. Great downtown location. Very quiet.Will most certainly book again!!

Property location in downtown Hot Springs was GREAT! Walkable to trail, restaurants, coffee shops. Know that this is is not a barrier-free property. You have to climb 25 steps to access. There is a small dumb-waiter that I used for suitcase but, my dog doesn't do steps and I had to carry him up/down. !!
