PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS: No pets due to allergies of the host! Guests found in violation, will be charged $200 + applicable cleaning fees. If bringing a legitimate service animal, please let us know so we can book an appropriate cleaner due to host allergies.
No pets or emotional support animals allowed (due to allergies).
No parties or events allowed.

Please respect quiet hours.
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please wash your dishes (and roasting sticks) and put them away where you found them.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premise.

*If you bring a pet or ESA, you will be fined $200 to cover pet fees and additional cleaning at $50/hour (the host is allergic to pets).
