Located in Prominence, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome sleeps 9 and is ready for your beach vacation, with a 6 seat golf cart and bikes for the family and fully stocked amenities. Relax on the back porch overlooking Deer Lake State Park. Walk, bike, or take the golf cart to The Big Chill, just across 30A for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment. The beautiful 5000 sq. ft. community pool is just steps away with cabanas, grills, and a fitness center. Bring the entire family for an ideal beach vacation!

BEACH ACCESS:

Deer Lake State Park: Located approximately .5 miles to the west of Prominence. Small parking lot with a fee. Bathrooms available. No alcohol allowed.

Gulf Lakes: Located approximately 1 mile to the east of Prominence. No parking available, but biking is an option. This is a small access and can be easily missed.

Santa Clara: Located approximately 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence.

Relaxing getaway

Our family had a wonderful weekend getaway. This home was fully equipped with everything needed for a home away from home vacation. Just a short walk/ bike ride to the pool and Hub and short car ride to public beach access.

Pictures don’t do it justice

Communication with owner and concierge were very responsive. Property well maintained and modern. Clean and kitchen well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

Great for families

We loved our stay at "Just Beachy"! It was clean, well equipped and perfect for our two families to share (we went with friends). The pool was big and enjoyable for our little kids and the golf cart was fantastic for getting to the beach. Communication with the owner and property manager was thorough and timely. Check in and out was easy. The location was good as it gave us access to both Panama City and Destin. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Most relaxing and seamless stay!

Everything about this home was perfect! The location was super convenient to Rosemary Beach or Seaside, and can easily walk across 30A to the Hub! The home was so clean upon arrival and the property management was extremely responsive and helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed. I could not recommend “Just Beachy” more! We will definitely stay again! :)

Loved every bit of it!

This property was 10/10. Absolutely perfect location…close to everything you need. The Hub across the street was an easy walk and we went there every day for a meal or a treat. The golf cart is super handy to get to the beach! The house itself had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous Fall Break

We had an absolutely wonderful time for Fall Break. The home owner was incredibly responsive and kind. The home is honestly the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The location was so fun with kids. We biked every morning to the Beachy Bean coffee house a couple miles down the road, ate at the Hub, took the golf cart to the beach and played in the pool. We even biked 14 miles one day all the way down to the fun trails around Watercolor and played in the dune lake that dumps into the sea near Grayton. We had a fabulous trip and are so thankful for your well stocked (they thought of everything), incredibly clean, well located home.

Wonderful Stay and Memories Made!

We loved our week long stay! We had stayed in a different unit the year before with the same layout and we were just as happy with this unit. Loved having access to the golf cart, great location, wonderful pool. Unit itself was great: beds/couches were comfy and unit was well stocked. The only issues we had were the cleaning crew missed a few party decorations from the bachelorette party that must have happened prior to our arrival (but it honestly made for a funny story!) and we had to message about how to get the golf cart started as well as getting the correct code for the pool gate, but both of those minor issues were resolved in minutes! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Always a Great stay in Prominence

The only complaint we had was there there was an over abundance of gnats in the home. I’m not sure it that is from the garbage can having to be in the garage or what but there were a lot of them especially in the kitchen area.

Great time

We enjoyed our stay and didn't have any major issues. Communication was a little lacking but nothing that caused delays. The washing machine is going out, makes a terrible noise but it still worked just find. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including beach towels, beach toys, a canopy, etc. We appreciated those extras.

Nice place for family spring break

The townhouse had a nice set up, there were four working bicycles that came in handy (we used three of them), it was fun to be close to the hub and biking distance from both Seaside and Rosemary. When we arrived at the townhouse, there were a few issues with some broken things, but the things we needed fixed or replaced were repaired/replaced immediately by the property manager. The owner was nice and responsive to our questions. It was a great location for a family with lots of different ages, and the heated pool was a lifesaver. Beach access is not ideal for a family with different ages who want to go to the beach at varying times. Sometimes deer lake state park fills up so you have to go to Santa Clara public access and it can be hard to find parking there also. On the last night, a neighbor told us about Lakewood access, so that might work better.

Nice property. Wish it had better beach access

Nice property. A little crowded around the neighborhood, but to be expected this time of year. The closest public beach access was closed for renovation.

Far from beach access

The duplex itself was nice, clean and convenient to Hub however the beach access is terrible. Also, you are not allowed to have drinks anywhere near the pool which was a total damper on a vacation. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was in a perfect location and very clean. The manager was quick to even bring us a new toaster when the one there was broken. The stay was perfect….just wish the weather had been! Oh well, we still had fun!!

Perfect spot

Very clean, convenient to all the great spots, golf cart made it so easy to go back and forth to the beach! Perfect stay with plenty of room for the 8 of us!

April Beach Trip

The property was beautiful and a great location. Mark was an excellent host and quick to update us if something was going on. I’ve been going to 30a for 10 years and this was one of the best stays and experience. We plan to be back again!

Just Beachy

Rental process very easy. Place was terrific. Kitchen stocked with essential tools for vacation cooking. Bunk room couldn’t have been better for our family. Golf course such a fun little extra! Wish the bikes were updated… blue bike chain kept falling off, black bike seat kept sliding down and unfortunately no smaller bikes for our 8-12 year olds. Being located across from The Hub was such a nice convenience variety of food, ice cream, and such cute boutiques and the bike rental was great for our 4 and 6 yr olds. Pool depth was great for kids- walk in to 5 ft with water features for the kids to play in. Beware, the pool is not heated (at least not while we were there). Definitely would recommend!

Great getaway with teens

We had never stayed in this area before and were completely unfamiliar with it but will definitely be back. Having 5 teenage girls with us made this rental perfect for us with the bikes and location across from the Hub. My husband and I enjoyed the pool which was close and really nice. The rental was clean, well stocked, and the location was close to the beach but would have been hard to do without bikes since there is no parking at the public beach entrance. I’m sure it will be better when the park reopens next year. It would have been more convenient to have had a garage code but I am sure that is a pain to change with each stay. Everything was wonderful - would absolutely recommend this rental to others!

Great place to Relax with the Family

Very clean home in the perfect location to the beach and all the 30A spots you’ll want to see. Owner was Over the Top accommodating with his communication and very responsive when we needed help with the golf cart. Property Manager came out immediately and we had a new cart swapped out for the duration of our stay. My 4 year old just learned to ride her bike unassisted and the neighborhood was a great place to ride along side her. Will definitely save this trip and try to book again next year! Thanks!

Prime location for 30a trip

House was everything we needed and more. Community was super nice and you WANT to hang at The Hub next door! Also was very central to popular spots in the area (Rosemary Beach, Seaside etc)

Perfect Vacation

Location and property could not have been better. Short walk or cart ride to the beach and food. Pool is within a 1-2 walk. Incredibly clean and well outfitted. One of our favorite spots and led to an incredibly memorable stay. Hosts are very kind, responsive and would love to stay again!!!
