Great 😀 : This was a lovely apartment, perfect for our girls weekend. The apartment was very clean and surprisingly quiet at night, given it is in a lively area. There is no tv or radio, so perhaps take a speaker/iPad if you want some background noise

Enjoy your stay in Batignolles : Close to the Place Clichy, La Fource and Montmartre metro stations, easy access to tourist attractions, a safe neighbourhood This is not the case. The stairwell requires cleaning and refurbishment (strong, unpleasant odour)

A lovely, well-located apartment in a lively neighbourhood. We’d happily stay in Batignolles again : We had a very good stay. Batignolles was a pleasant surprise, as we hadn’t been to that area before — the location is excellent and the vibe is local and lively. The apartment was easy to reach and the instructions were clear. It was very clean, with plenty of towels provided. We made good use of the washing machine and the coffee machine, which came with a few complimentary capsules. The fridge is huge and brand new, which was very handy. The bathroom is small, but the shower itself is a good size. The toilet paper and shower gel provided weren’t enough for four people staying five nights, so we had to buy more. The area can be a little noisy, though this was made worse by a very hot week that forced us to keep the windows open most of the time. The key pick-up point is about 10 minutes away, which felt longer than expected if you don’t know the area. The larger bedroom has no fan, and the smaller bedroom has a one-and-a-half bed rather than a standard double, though this didn’t cause us any real problems.
