Privately owned and personally managed by our father and son team, this beautifully refreshed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence in Santa Rosa Cove is designed for comfort, quality, and relaxed desert living.
Located in the heart of the Cove, the home is just a 2 minute walk to the Iconic La Quinta Resort, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and live music. The community pool, spa, and tennis courts are directly across from the home.
You enter through a fully landscaped private courtyard that serves as the heart of the property, with multiple seating areas and an outdoor dining table. Inside, the home is bright and open with beautiful Saltillo tile flooring throughout, warm earth tones, tall ceilings, and thoughtfully curated furnishings. The living and dining areas offer multiple seating spaces, a fireplace, wet bar, and seamless indoor outdoor flow.
The updated kitchen features upgraded appliances, unique built-ins, quality cookware, and everything needed for extended stays. The rear patio faces a peaceful greenbelt and includes a natural gas BBQ, perfect for afternoon grilling and evening relaxation.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, and the guest bedroom features a queen bed. Both are appointed with crisp white, hotel quality linens sourced through a major hospitality supplier.
