Beautiful open concept kitchen opens to large, newly renovated sun room/living room with gorgeous french doors. Large master upstairs offers queen bed with separate full-sized day bed. Two additional bedrooms located on 2nd floor, and 1 guest bedroom located on 1st floor. There are 2 desks available for those that need private working space for working remote.
Truly unbeatable location — less than 1 mile from the beach, walking/biking distance to East Hampton & Amagansett towns, and only steps from Bostwick's Chowder House & Carissa's Bakery (East Hampton favorites).
The property offers all of the amenities, including AC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, beach towels, and beach chairs. Home is well-appointed for families and small kids. Available within the home are a pack n play, changing table, rocking chair, baby mat, and toddler utensils.
Home is located on a large property with a large backyard (note that backyard does not have a fence separating from neighbor's property).
