This property was spotless! 2 large bedrooms with adjoining baths, plenty of closet space, beds were comfortable. Very nicely decorated and had everything I needed for the week except a cake pan. We were in Blue Springs for my daughter's wedding and needed 3 bedrooms. Peefect central location, close to everything. We could not ask for a better place to stay! Book this house, you won't be disappointed!

House was everything and More. Loved all the extra little touches like coffee provided and some candies here and there. They really thought about and provided things you do t always think or remember to bring g hut than are so glad you have. Bed’s were all comfortable. We had a great weekend and enjoyed being able to be all together in such a nice place.

Dylan was wonderful. Provided info in advance and was very accessible via the VRBO app. Kitchen well stocked with cooking basics, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. clean towels, everything was immaculate. We enjoyed the stay very much! It was a 10/10 experience.

We stayed for a wedding in Lee's Summit. The house was great; clean and just what we needed. The detailed instructions sent before our arrival eliminated any need to contact the host, Dylan. But if we had to contact him, I know he would have answered quickly. All communications with him have been attentive and friendly.

This was a great place that I'll return to when visiting the area. The host was very responsive when I needed help, but I wouldn't even have needed that had I first checked the very good Welcome book that was in an obvious spot. Little things I often don't find were great here, like a working and clean coffee maker with abundant pods, comfortable seating and beds (I'm often surprised to find those lacking), great TV setups (4!), and nice, clean dishes and dish washer. Overall cleanliness, convenience and comfort was honestly the best I've had in a VRBO property.
