Absolutely amazing location with a property to match

Fabulous facilities spacious rooms plenty of extras included Quite location very high up in the mountains but worth the walk for this lovely place.

This was the most exceptional place - absolutely magical. The location is dream- like …. the views and sunsets are spectacular with the sounds and sights of nature only. We LOVED it and would highly recommend to anyone wanting peace and beauty. The owners of the house are so incredibly kind and accommodating and go out of their way to help. Nothing is too much trouble. The place was spotless, very well equipped and had every kind of entertainment for a family (table tennis , snooker , darts, small football and basketball court, Swimming pool , sauna and jacuzzi) . What more could one want ?! We shall return

A+++ Resplendent scenery

Villa Mateo was an exceptionally clean and spacious apartment. Big, comfortable double beds in every room. The pool, hot tub, BBQs and games room exclusive for our use. Very welcoming and helpful owners. Fantastic views across the mountains. Tranquil surroundings. Only 20 minutes from Dubrovnik airport. Would definitely stay there again. Very highly recommend. Plenty to do nearby. Parking very expensive in Dubrovnik though. Also recommend Mrs & Mr Caput’s restaurant nearby for authentic Croatian cuisine. Don’t use Avis for car hire. Total rip off.
