5 minute drive to WB beach! Surf themed cozy 2 bedroom townhouse

Make yourself at home in this beautifully decorated two bedroom townhouse located in Lions Gate! You are sure to enjoy our surf shack vibe! The location is fantastic for walking and biking to everything you need. A very short walk to some of the best restaurants at the beach, or bike to the intracoastal restaurants or the beautiful blue waters of Wrightsville Beach.

This townhouse is set up to sleep as many or as few as you like. First floor bedroom has a king size bed that is located next to a full bath. The second floor master has two queen beds and full bath en suite. The first floor living area has a couch with a pull out memory foam queen size mattress.

Each bedroom has a large flatscreen TV as well as the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked for with everything you need to cook and serve up to eight people. Linens and towels are included, but beach towels need to be supplied by the guest.

There are two parking spots that come with the rental, as well as use of the pool and tennis courts. Additional visitor spots are available by the pool.

No pets are allowed. However, it is not a pet free property, as we have our dogs there when we are there.

Superb townhouse

Excellent accommodations, exceeding all of our expectations. Beautifully renovated and decorated home with very nice upgrades. Located close to beach and convenient to great restaurants along the Atlantic, ICWW & Cape Fear River waterfront.

Wilmington Ironman 70.3 Weekend

The property was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Very short drive over to Wrightsville Beach for the Ironman activities! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great summer getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay here. This place is immaculate and a short drive to beautiful Wrightsville beach. I hope to visit next summer and would love to stay here again.

College Visiting

We were traveling around NC to visit some colleges and decided to stay at Wrightsville Beach for a few days before going home to Virginia. The property was located near the beach which was just a short drive, short drive to a good breakfast spot, Blueberry Cafe, and several local restaurants. We enjoyed eating down near the bridge. Unfortunately there was no bike trails or sidewalks to walk or ride bikes.

Great Getaway

We had a great time! The place is in a great central location and close to everything. Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms! The most comfortable bed we’ve slept in while on vacation. The owner was great to communicate with and very helpful.We will definitely stay at again if we are in the area.

Great location

Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Great location close to beach and restaurants. Host was very accommodating and accessible if needed. We will be back.

Cute condo with great location

What an adorable place:) The location is great. We were there to move my daughter into the college so we wanted to be close to UNCW AND to the beach. We were only 10 minutes to either. There is great restaurants and shopping with in walking distance. Literally right next door. The Blueberry Grill was a favorite. Communication with Jen was a breeze and check in process also easy. It was nice to have some beach chairs and an umbrella to bring to the beach. This was our everyday activity. It was the perfect place to explore Wilmington.

Beautiful property/Perfect location

We’ve stayed at a lot of vrbo’s and this one is now one of our favorites! It’s beautifully decorated on the inside and with it being a corner lot our kids were able to pass football on the side yard. It had everything we needed and was very clean! The location was perfect for us! A short five minute drive to Wrightsville Beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants! We left clothing in the dryer accidentally and Jennifer called to let us know and offered to mail them back to us! Which is so kind! We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property in a great location!

We rented the townhouse for a long weekend to visit family. The property exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated! The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. Very close to Wrightsville Beach and just a short drive to the Wilmington waterfront. We visited the recommended restaurants and were very pleased, especially breakfast at The Salt Works, outstanding!!! Can’t wait to visit Wilmington again and hopefully stay here again!

Beautiful Place w/ Easy Access

Ironically, I used to live in this neighborhood which is quiet and close to groceries, great food, and of course the beach. The owners were an absolute joy to communicate with! They’re suggestion of bike rentals (delivery & pick up)was seamless. The condo was far beyond what we thought it would be. Clean with great accommodations. Two parking spots in front of condo with many visitor spots as well. The condo being on the end of the building is awesome with a little yard and great back porch. Literally couldn’t be happier with the whole vacation!
