Enjoy complimentary Nespresso coffee under the canopy of this quiet jungle retreat in the middle of Wilmington.
You will stay in the perfect location 1 mile from
UNCW, 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach (both bikeable on the cross city trail) and a quick drive to historic downtown Wilmington.
The Jungle by the Sea is hosted by a Wilmington native who loves to help visitors make the most of their stay. -Community pool available mid-May-September. -Linens and home basics INCLUDED.

Pool is closed October through mid May. When the pool is open it closes strictly at 8pm. Pool opening date depends on when annual inspection is done.

No parties or unauthorized guests. Late check outs must be requested at time of booking and incur a fee. Unpermitted late check out = nightly rate fee

Return pool key card to its hanger. Lost pool key fee $75. Swim at own risk Pets are not allowed. If pets are on property, a penalty will be charged.

Great Location

Great location and very quiet neighborhood - to have a bedroom with a bathroom attached for both bedrooms was awesome. We were there in the spring before the pool was open, but if it was open, the townhouse was very close to the pool and it looked like there were a lot of chairs around it! Great brewery within 5 minutes - worth a visit. Kitchen had all the essentials plus some extras that were nice! Was a great stay overall.

Hidden Gem

We truly loved our stay at this townhouse! When we arrived our son had a surprise gift of hot wheels and a slinky which was huge hit as our son played with the slinky on the stairs for hours! The townhouse is centrally located so it was convenient for the wedding we were staying for. The owner was great as he provided recommendations for places to eat and some family fun activities in the area. He was quick to respond to any of questions during the stay. We would highly recommend this location to family and friends and we are hoping to come back during the summer season! Thanks again for a great stay!

I immediately fell in love with the trees and nature in this neighborhood. To be so close to the beach and university, and still enjoy a quiet retreat is wonderful. The neighbors are also very kind and friendly.

A genuine interest in my guests having a 5 star stay. I am not a hotel owner trying to turn and burn through “heads in beds”. I am a local that is passionate about my community and willing to put in the work to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
