The is property was the perfect location to see all that Wilmington has to offer, with a gorgeous fenced-in backyard for our pups to hang out. We were 10 min from beaches, downtown restaurants and most attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the house clean and stocked with most everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The house needed a few upgrades but that can be expected the yard needs a lot of maintenance mainly shrub trimming and removal of poison ivy and briars pet loved the size of the fenced lawn great neighborhood very quiet the neighbors were all friendly overall the house and location were great nice walking trails restaurants and beach were close by

Enjoyed the quietness of this property. Felt like you were relaxing outside of the city, but with the convenience of being in the city. House was spacious and well furnished. Nice dishes and amenities. Our dog loved the big, fenced in backyard. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 days while in town for a baseball tournament with our 15-year-old son and brought the whole family—including our dog. The house was perfect for us! My wife and I had the master bedroom with a private bath, and both of our kids had their own rooms and slept comfortably. Each room had a fan, and the central air kept the whole place cool.The fenced-in backyard was great for our dog, and we really enjoyed the sunroom and outdoor seating areas. The location was super convenient—close to stores, great restaurants, and only about 15 minutes from the beach.The house has an older, cottage-style charm that we really appreciated. It was very clean and well-stocked with plenty of soft linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable—especially the one in the master. I usually prefer a firm mattress, but with a lingering back issue, I actually slept better than I had in weeks. I wish I could’ve taken it home with me!The owner was very responsive and accommodating. When we had an issue with the Wi-Fi, she immediately went out to Spectrum and got a new device to resolve it. She also worked with us to allow a slightly earlier check-in than expected, which we really appreciated after a long drive.All in all, a cozy, clean, and comfortable home that made our trip that much better. We’d absolutely stay again!

Great location

A great location close to Airlie Gardens and close enough to Wrightsville Beach. The greenway trail just down the block is a great place to walk dogs. The house is spacious. Owner is responsive and easy to communicate with.

Very nice

The house is nice, neighborhood is quiet and seemed friendly. The house instructions were clear and check in was simple and straight forward. The beach is relatively easy to get to, google maps seemed to work best for navigation.

Quiet Stay in Wilmington

The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near anything you need. Shopping, restaurants and beach nearby. Booked our stay and luckily able to extend it by a day because of quick and great response by management. Will definitely stay here again.

Proposal weekend

Perfect place for us

Location good for easy walking, biking, driving to grocery stores, the beach, cultural events at UNC Wilmington. House well furnished , good floor plan, big fenced-in backyard.

Very comfortable home

This is a very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The nearby walking path is wonderful. We loved that there were two dining tables (in kitchen and adjoining dining room), and two large seating areas, in the living room and enclosed patio) where our group of 5 could congregate. The youngest in our party would have liked a second TV, but the rest of us were fine with just one. We were close enough to the beach and to other family in Wilmington. The back yard was great too. We would definitely stay here again,!

So close to UNCW

The home was perfect for our weekend needs. Our daughter had a clinic at UNCW, and the house was like 5 minutes away. The home was like staying at your Grandma's for the weekend. Very clean, very homey, and welcoming. The neighborhood was so nice, we walked the trail near the home and really enjoyed that. The back yard was beautiful. Host was great, easy to reach, and gave some wonderful recommendations about the area. Next time we head to Wilmington for the weekend, we have a great place to stay again.

Family Gathering

Great house, big yard, roomy. Great to gwther family or friends. Convenient to uncw, wrightsville beach, or downtown. Very close grocery store and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Closely located to UNCW and quiet area

Perfect location for visiting my two daughters at UNCW. House was very clean and well stocked.. beds were very comfortable outside Area was very nice. Enjoyed the sunroom as well. Owner was very responsive and was even Able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in. Would stay here again.
