Great Location

The condo is right on the beach and easy to access. This was our second time at a Condo in this resort and it was a great experience again.

Great location and amenities

Great location and amenities. Well stocked. Furniture was in good shape. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was great. Heated pool a plus. Hot tub was old and needs an upgrade. There were a few items we worked with the property manager to get repaired. Overall great place. Coming back next year.

Wonderful unit

The unit was just as pictured - very nice & very comfortable. Great location to the beach & things to do. Our family of 5 fit nicely. The kitchen was well equipped.

You could not ask for a better location than Sea Oats and the u it was perfect for us! Asiago’s for breakfast and Old Bay Steamer for dinner!💝💝💝

Avoid this one

This is a terrible place to stay. The management company was horrible to deal with. Furniture had gross stains on it. Outdoor patio furniture is garbage. We got locked inside the unit and couldn’t exit because of a broken door handle. Most unusual- I booked through VRBO but immediately got bombarded w texts and emails from management company about their required paperwork. Emails after emails about copies and picture of my drivers license and who is staying with me and blah blah. I hated the entire experience of having booked this unit.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We here at Southern strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. We do see you reported that the door handle on the front door was detached, and you were not able to exit the unit. We also show that the property manager came by and found that there was nothing wrong with the handle and made sure the door was able to be opened and closed before leaving. Upon further review, we show that due to your feedback on the furniture, we offered to have our house keeping team come back out to the unit to address the cleanliness issues. Regarding the verification policies, we do require a Rental Agreement on all reservations and Driver's License on file for our last-minute bookings. I hope you can provide us the opportunity to regain your patronage with Southern Vacation Rentals. We look forward to hosting you again in the future here on the Gulf Coast. Great location & nice layout

Overall the condo was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes & cookware. Furniture & decor was nice as well as the bathrooms. The pool and beach area was perfect. There were only a few things that could have been better…. The floor in the condo was dirty- we don’t think it has been mopped for a while however, by looking at it you would never know. When you get out out of the shower and walk around barefoot our feet would be black within an hour. We just worn sandals the rest of the time. And we got stuck in the elevator, rang the bell, pressed the call button and after 10 minutes and trying several thing we were able to get it to move and open doors- the upsetting thing is when we told the maintenance man he didn’t seem to care. We decided to take the outside stairs the rest of the trip. The most upsetting things was the 9:00 am check out, we were able to extend it until noon for $60 but our flight doesn’t depart until 7;00pm and no one is scheduled to come here for three more days. I think if we were dealing with a different company it won’t be an issue. Overall a nice getaway for my mother and daughter!
