The Space:

With beachfront access to the white sands of Okaloosa Island, this light-filled condo will help you make memories with loved ones to last a lifetime. Beach-themed decor abounds, and the view of the ocean is sure to inspire! You'll also catch a glimpse of the community pool, which you can enjoy access to throughout your stay.



After a morning spent out on the beach (with beach service - two chairs and one umbrella - available from March 1 through October 31), take in the view from your furnished balcony or stay inside and enjoy the central air conditioning. Set your bathing suits to spin in the private washer/dryer so they're ready for the shared hot tub. The kitchen (featuring a breakfast bar) is the perfect spot to cook up something delicious as you make plans for the next day.



Additional features include two bedrooms, a living room sofabed, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and elevator access to the third floor.

There is no parking available for boats, trailers, or RVs.

Sea Oats 302 is a nice beachfront condo…I’ve stayed at Sea Oats a dozen times over the last couple of decades. Easy beach access and easy access to good restaurants. I took my children when they were young and now take my grandchildren.

Perfect getaway

Everything was great! The condo, the beds were comfy, the ac worked great, the area had plenty to do and to explore, the pool was always clean, the beach was perfect. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Had a wonderful stay on the beach. The only complaint is the sleeper sofa mattress. You cannot sleep on it due to the damage.

All the comforts of home with a fabulous view!

We loved our time at this condo! It had all the comforts of home, beautiful view at a good location. It was so convenient to receive the key code the day of and to just walk right up to the door. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Loved having 2 full baths. Communication was good. I’d recommend this condo.

Great location & view but could use some work ...

The floors were really dirty as well as the big rug in the living room. The couch was broke in the middle and sank down to where we couldn't sit next to eachother. The pool was freezing and the heater was not turned on so we were unable to enjoy it at all. The hot tub was barely bubbling and not full and the room lacked character to say the least. Otherwise we loved it. The location and view were amazing. The king bed was comfy.

Roaches

This condo was beautiful but it was infested with roaches and I'm not talking palmetto bugs. Actual roaches. I have 11 pictures of the various ones we killed during our stay. The floors were black and I was told someone would come reclean and nobody showed up. Disgusting! Vacasa was terrible to deal with and didn't help me out at all. I'll never book thru them again.
