Waterscape #A416 has a great location in the complex, serving you views of the resort pool and a sliver of the Gulf in the background. The water is so dazzling, you'll be eager to spend all day splashing around! Find access to your own balcony through the living room. Also, discover little touches of luxury throughout your condo, including granite kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances. The spacious primary suite also features private balcony access and an adjoining bathroom. The primary bathroom comes equipped with a dual vanity sink, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub perfect for soaking. The second bathroom also features a walk-in shower and garden tub. Kid friendly

Property itself was kept up nice but individual condo was not. Was great for kids. Nice pools, great gas grills for cooking out. Condos need a bit more upkeep

Great family vacation

Waterscape is perfect for families. The kids area was a hit along with the lazy river. Restaurants and the pier are within walking distance. The condo itself was as described. However, the sofa was super uncomfortable. We couldn’t sit on it in the evening to watch a movie it was so bad. We will definitely stay at this resort again, just in a different condo because of the awful sofa.

Summer vacation

This condo was perfect. We were able to see the pools below. With the beach access we were able to play in the sand, wash off at the showers then head to the pools. Food, drink and snacks were available at the pools. Pizza, hamburgers tacos, nachos are just a few to name. Alcoholic beverages are also available. Evening time they had movies by the pool. Not far from condo is Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and Wild Willy's Adventure Zone (go carts, bumper boats, putt putt, laser tag and big arcade room). We stayed at the condo one whole day without leaving and were perfectly fine and entertained.

Wonderful

We loved this unit!! The view was perfect, we could see the pool from our balcony. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa. The a/c stayed cool. The unit was located steps from the elevator. My son had a blast on the Lilly pads. This unit is on my favorites. Will definitely be back!!

Great for famlies with kids!

Vrbo - no problem; have used Vrbo several times and this is a good app & selection process. Southern Vacation Rentals (property mtg company) - no real problem based on their communication in checking in & follow up. Facility - great place for kids & families with pools & proximity to the beach, the bathrooms were slightly dated but both wife & adult daughter were pleased with cleanliness. Furniture on balcony was great for morning coffee, lunch snack & evening wind down. Parking, door & gate codes, arm bands for pool access, walk to the beach were great. Had several concerns: 1) 2nd bedroom mattress was broken, as in, rolled to the center & very uncomfortable. 2) kitchen cooking utensils in kitchen were burnt, melted, cracked and unsanitary; the stove was "grungy", the kitchen cabinets had a "dingy feel" with paint scratched various surfaces & doors/drawers. 3) the cushions at the dining table were stained & dirty. Some walls & most floor baseboards showed wear, scars/paint chipped. 4) public hallways were stained and needed a good cleaning or replacement. I think the amount charged for the 7 night stay did not reflect what I was expecting - the place needed updating.

We had an enjoyable stay! The floors were a bit dirty upon arrival but other than that we had a great time. It was the perfect set up for our family and friends. The kids enjoyed all the amenities and the bunk beds.
