Finca in the country with pool

We regret that you experienced some unexpected maintenance issues during your stay. Please note that we always act promptly when notified, including arranging emergency repairs when needed, in order to minimize disruption for our guests. For clarity: the property is rented exclusively to guests during their stay. No one else resides on the premises. In advance of your arrival, we explained that the washing machine is located in a closed service area and not listed as part of the facilities, but that we could organize laundry service at your convenience if required — which you confirmed and appreciated at the time. We sincerely value your feedback and will continue improving our processes. We are pleased you otherwise enjoyed the villa, and we hope to welcome you again under smoother circumstances.
