At the exit of the village of Valflaunès, discover our family farmhouse with a breathtaking view of the Pic Saint Loup and the Hortus. All around, holm oaks, pines, vineyards and scrubland. Enjoy the calm of the place, the heated swimming pool but also the Jacuzzi: at sunset, it's just magical!<br> In winter, a good fireplace or a game of table football will delight the whole family!<br><br>The accommodation:<br>The farmhouse has the charm of old stones but benefits from modern comforts of air conditioning and underfloor heating.<br><br>The large living room is equipped with a 55-inch HD TV connected to a box and in winter you can enjoy beautiful evenings by the fire.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped. A Weber gas barbecue and a plancha are also available.<br><br>All four bedrooms have their own bathrooms.<br>Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 are equipped with a 160x200 double bed.<br>Bedroom 3 is equipped with two 90x190 single beds.<br>Bedroom 4, originally an office/library, does not have an entrance door. <br>It can be transformed into a dormitory for 4 children (two 160x200 mattresses side by side).<br><br>A large summer living/dining room completes the set.<br><br>But it is in the garden that you can best enjoy the property: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, table tennis, table football, petanque. Mölkky.... There is no shortage of activities! There is also a tennis court in the village 1km away. <br>The heated swimming pool is open on sunny days, from April to October inclusive. <br>The Jacuzzi is also available from April to October.<br><br>Bed linen and towels are included in the price (but not pool/Jacuzzi towels).<br>Beds are made on the arrival of the travelers.<br>Nespresso machine and capsules available.<br><br>The property is located 20 minutes from Montpellier, 20 minutes from the Herault gorges for beautiful river swims, 30 minutes from Montpellier-Mediterranean airport, 35 minutes from the beaches and 1 hour from the Cirque de Navacelle and the Larzac plateaus.

Wedding Stay

We stayed for a wedding in the area. It was lovely and so many places were within driving distance to see and experience. The accommodations could not have been better. Plenty of space and better than the photos. Everything was as advertised. Would love to return.

Hervorragende Unterkunft mit vielen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten im großen schön angelegten Garten draußen zu sitzen - ob in Schatten oder in der Sonne, am Pool im Poolhaus, in der Lounge..... Auch die Küche mit großem Gasherd und großem Kühlschrank ist top ausgestattet, im Außenbereich gibt es noch eine Plancha. Die vier Schlafzimmer hatten eigene Bäder, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Den Innenbereich haben wir wegen der Temperaturen kaum genutzt, aber auch der war sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gern wieder. Der Vermieter wäre bei Bedarf auch immer erreichbar und hat sich sich erkundigt, ob Hilfe benötigt wird.. Sehr netter Kontakt

Excellent séjour, endroit super sympa. Cuisine et vaisselle maison super bien équipée. Frédéric est très avenant très à l'écoute de ses clients _ Merci Seul bémol pour 4 couples manque un rideau ou cloison pour chambre bureau et un toilette. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un super séjour. expérience à revivre :)
