This was my first experience using VRBO to book an apartment. In my haste to secure lodging, we booked this property. The apartment does appear as shown in the photos; however, there were several fixture issues that should be addressed before it is rented in the future. I reported these concerns to the property manager, but they were not resolved during our stay. We also had to pay a fee for early access to the apartment, something we did not pay when we booked through another popular rental site. The hot water was plentiful, and the radiator heating system worked well. The bed was softer than my preference, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable due to the metal support rods. The bathroom is quite small, with a very narrow shower, which may be uncomfortable for larger guests. The refrigerator is dorm-sized but was adequate for our needs.Although the listing stated that the TV was not operable, it did function; however, without a remote control, it was difficult to use, and we were unable to watch it comfortably. The stovetop worked well.The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by a winding staircase. The view from the windows overlooks a courtyard. Overall, this is a charming property that could benefit from additional maintenance and attention to detail to improve guest comfort.
