This spacious two-story home can accommodate multi-families and is just steps from the beach, restaurants and all Dewey has to offer! It has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus a hot and cold private outdoor shower. Guests will love the lower level open floor plan with two large living areas and an open kitchen with granite countertops, an island bar that seats 4-5 and beautiful wood dining table that seats 10. This house is ideal for entertaining friends for cocktails or a great place to gather for cooking a big family meal. The first floor also has a half bath and beautiful rich hardwood floors in the front sitting room in addition to the whitewashed kitchen flooring and Tommy Bahama style decor in the carpeted rear living room. An enclosed laundry area is conveniently located on the first floor with stack washer and dryer.
The rear living room overlooks a beautifully landscaped private back yard with a patio,fountain, grill and separate spacious screened-in porch with a large smart tv. The porch is a peaceful place to relax with your morning coffee or at the end of the day. In addition to a whitewashed table and chairs, the porch also contains a Brazilian cherry sofa and loveseat and additional rocking chair. The vaulted porch ceiling is painted with dreamy white clouds set above a ceiling fan.
All five bedrooms are on the second floor which also contains a large open center hallway with hardwood floors. The front two bedrooms share a large double vanity bathroom with a shower. These bedrooms have a king and a queen bed with quality bedding, a ceiling fan, cable tv and large closet. The three bedrooms in the back of the house share a bathroom with a double vanity, tub and shower. One of the back bedrooms has a king bed, cable tv, dresser and large closet. The other two bedrooms have multiple beds, a closet and dresser and are ideal childrens rooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and additional bunk beds and the other one has a full sized bed and additional twin bed. Bedrooms, 1-king, 2-queen, 3-king, 4-queen and bunk bed, 5-full and twin bed.

The house is a 2100 square foot split duplex home with free private parking for 3-4 cars, and a new HVAC system and hot water heater. Our home is at the back of the property with a the beautiful private fenced-in yard. Tenant provides towels, linens, and bath mats.

Off season rates from December-February don’t include porch. Porch is closed during winter months.

Great Location

Great, quiet LOCATION. Beautiful house. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of beach chairs a wagon. The upstairs air conditioning system was a little unusual but after the first night we figured it out. Great backyard and porch. Hosts were awesome to deal with. You will love it.

Perfect family home!

Great size home for a family of 11. Plenty of places to relax. Beds were pretty comfortable. Bathrooms were all really nice. Loved the extra outdoor room!! Best part the house was so close to the beach!! Communication with owners was easy too.

Thanksgiving Celebration

This property was perfect for our families Thanksgiving! The layout of the living area was perfect for those of us who were cooking to still be part of the board games and football games! All the beds were comfortable. It’s right in the heart of Dewey. We didn’t need to get in the car the whole time! We truly enjoyed our time. The owners were so communicative and we will definitely be looking to return!

Fantastic location and home!

We had a lovely stay here during a visit to Dewey beach. The home was perfect for multiple families with kids and a dog - lots of space, beautiful back yard, and a screened patio area that was perfect for lunch in between visits to the beach. Michele made sure that we had everything we needed and always responded quickly to communication. We would highly recommend this home and hope to be back!

September Vacation

Our vacation to Dewey Beach was fantastic. The house is perfect for hosting a group with a spectacular back porch for evening hang outs. Quick walk to the beach for sunrise and a few minutes across for watching sunset on the bay. The house is stocked so well and feels like a home away from home. It’s clean and decorated so nicely. Everything was stocked and made it easy to settle in for a week. The owners were fantastic with communication. Really appreciate how easy they made the process and check in. Would recommend this house to anyone. Prime location within walking distance to bathing. The backyard oasis makes it fun after beach time.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our family Thanksgiving get together! There was plenty of space to hang out, play games, cook and share meals! The closed in back yard was a huge plus for our four legged family members! Excellent location, great house for a large group! ❤️🦃☀️🌊

Hidden Gem of Dewey Beach

We loved this home with private backyard and large screened porch. It had plenty of space and seating for all and everything you needed for a great vacation! A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Host Michele was wonderful as well.

Great location

The house was very clean and spacious to give everyone room to relax. Liked the open kitchen area and backyard access for the dogs, Location was great to walk for dinner and evening activities, and beach access for evening and early morning walks with our dogs. A Pleasant Surprise!

This was our first trip to Dewey Beach and were so pleased! The Beach was clean, smoke-free and dog-friendly during off hours. This house made our trip though. Gorgeous! Updated bathrooms, beautiful living room, fenced-in yard and screened-in porch. It included all the amenities of home and then some! The owners responded promptly when we thought there was an issue with the refrigerator. The Beach was only a half block to the left and a half a block to the right were small stores, bars and restaurants. Very convenient! The only downside to this was the noise level one night (music playing loudly til 1:30-2:00 in the morning). This happened to be the last night of the Summer. The rest of our stay was pretty quiet. We are considering returning next year!

Wonder Vacation

What a place! The house was more than enough space for our family of 11. The cooks loved the large kitchen and counter space, beverage cooler and a second sink was a nice bonus. The adults occupied the comfy living room and kids watched TV in the screened porch. The fenced yard was perfect for the toddler, morning coffee and cocktails under the string lights. The outside shower with H&C water was great for after the beach. A beach wagon and chairs were available for use. We appreciated the labeled light switches, starter rolls of TP and space in cabinet for our supplies. Michelle was super to work with, responded quickly to all questions. We look forward to future stays.

Spacious house steps from beach

We were 9 adults, 2 small children and 2 dogs and this house had plenty of space for everyone. The living area on the first floor is large and the kitchen is big enough to accommodate multiple cooks. Big refrigerator plus a large separate beverage cooler meant there was plenty of room for food and drink. The screened in porch was an oasis if inside got too crazy. The yard is lovely and was enjoyed by children and pets alike. Large gas grill for BBQ. Michele was awesome in answering questions and addressing needs during our stay.

Thanksgiving 2021

This house is amazing! Michele was so accommodating and helpful. Quick response to any questions we had. The privacy fence and outdoor screened in porch with a television was great to sit outside and play cards. Our families traveled here from NY and Wilmington to celebrate the holiday. The house had everything for cooking and serving. The decor is nice and updated bathrooms with good water pressure is great. The beds are comfortable and spacious. We set the baby up in the smallest guest room and it was perfectly cozy for her. The house is spotless. We will definitely try and stay here for holidays with our family. We’re hooked ;)
