This was a great property for our family vacation! The host was absolutely wonderful to work with, always helping us with information about the area, and answering our messages promptly. We liked the fenced in yard, proximity to the beach, and especially liked the layout of the upstairs with some separation between each king bedroom and the corresponding bathrooms and "kids" rooms.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Dewey beach and very close to the beach as well. The screened-in porch and backyard make the truly property feel like a home. Hosts are excellent communicators and made us feel very welcome. Would stay here again!

This lovely beach block home, was perfect for our family. The owners have thought of your every need, in terms of a well stocked kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms. The house itself is nicely decorated and comfortable with 5 bedrooms and 21/2 bathrooms. We hope we will be able to return to this great find!

Fantastic location and home!

We had a lovely stay here during a visit to Dewey beach. The home was perfect for multiple families with kids and a dog - lots of space, beautiful back yard, and a screened patio area that was perfect for lunch in between visits to the beach. Michele made sure that we had everything we needed and always responded quickly to communication. We would highly recommend this home and hope to be back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our family Thanksgiving get together! There was plenty of space to hang out, play games, cook and share meals! The closed in back yard was a huge plus for our four legged family members! Excellent location, great house for a large group! ❤️🦃☀️🌊

Charming

Our stay at 19-B McKinley was comfortable. There was more than enough space for a family of 6 to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the short stroll to the beach was a perfect distance. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Park your car and walk to it all.

We loved the location of this home to the beach as well as the restaurants and nite life. The family room was perfect for our family of 7 with plenty of room while watching a football game. The large comfortable bedrooms were ideal for everyone’s own space. Having the backyard was ideal for the dogs so they could get a bath after their beachtime each evening. We would definitely rent this home again.

This property was perfect for our families Thanksgiving! The layout of the living area was perfect for those of us who were cooking to still be part of the board games and football games! All the beds were comfortable. It’s right in the heart of Dewey. We didn’t need to get in the car the whole time! We truly enjoyed our time. September Vacation

Our vacation to Dewey Beach was fantastic. The house is perfect for hosting a group with a spectacular back porch for evening hang outs. Quick walk to the beach for sunrise and a few minutes across for watching sunset on the bay. The house is stocked so well and feels like a home away from home. It’s clean and decorated so nicely. Everything was stocked and made it easy to settle in for a week. The owners were fantastic with communication. Really appreciate how easy they made the process and check in. Would recommend this house to anyone. Prime location within walking distance to bathing. The backyard oasis makes it fun after beach time.

Spacious house steps from beach

We were 9 adults, 2 small children and 2 dogs and this house had plenty of space for everyone. The living area on the first floor is large and the kitchen is big enough to accommodate multiple cooks. Big refrigerator plus a large separate beverage cooler meant there was plenty of room for food and drink. The screened in porch was an oasis if inside got too crazy. The yard is lovely and was enjoyed by children and pets alike. Large gas grill for BBQ. Michele was awesome in answering questions and addressing needs during our stay.
