Beautifully located home in Hearthwood neighborhood adjacent to a community park and playground. With 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, this house offers an open floor plan for a living space with a dining room and kitchen. Fully fenced backyard is perfect for kids and pets with a direct access to the park.

It provides all essentials for your short and long-term stays. Fully stocked kitchen, extra bedding, washer and dryer, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful greenery in the backyard. Convenient location, close to major roads and stores.

Comfy sectional sofa in the living room with 55'' Roku TV, kids toys and books, high chair. Baby crib or packNplay can be provided upon request. This property is set up solely for guests. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $150.

One thing to note is that it's a duplex with a garage converted into ADU, rented out separately. One parking spot on the driveway, and many parking spots available on the street.

Our home away from home

The property fit us very well . There was a small list of things that could be improved but we were very comfortable. We loved the kitchen and the amount of baking and cooking utensils. We will definitely be back

The location was very convenient for our weekend itinerary. Although the property is older, it was clean and comfortable. The wooded area outback was a nice buffer and kept traffic noise to a minimum, the neighborhood was quiet after dark. A couple of notes, the backyard and patio set are in major need of some TLC. The scent diffusers where unpleasant to us (to the point we put them outside during our stay. Would recommend removing them altogether). All in all it was a pleasant stay. Thank you. Cheers!

Great floorplan and location

This home was the perfect location for our family Thanksgiving holiday trip. Having two dogs we were concerned but it worked out perfectly with the fenced in backyard and the adjoining park. We were able to take the dogs on long walks which was a bonus! The home had a great floorplan for the four of us and had everything that we needed although we didn't know spend a lot of time in the home. Lana was very responsive and was very accommodating with our late checkout. I would recommend this home to families with out without pets.

Great Property

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this property. The reason it wasn't a full 5 stars was that we had to fill the gas tank for the grill, had to pick up dog excrement in the back yard, the faucet on the bathtub/shower in the main bathroom didn't work, and the burners on the stove were so hot that we had to turn it on/off in order to cook. I do hope the owner looked at my list of notes I left for them. We would definitely stay here if I knew they had addressed all of these issues.

Great location!

This place was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and yet still close to everything, including many very good restaurants (in the three weeks we stayed here, I went to Jorge's Margarita Factory a number of times and enjoyed a wide selection of tequilas while eating their yummy food). There is a beautiful park just around the corner which is both pet and kid friendly. The beds and couches were super comfy.

Pleasant Property

Great location. Backyard enters into park. Only one-half mile to Mill Plain Road and 15 minutes to Vancouver waterfront. Three very nice bedrooms and spacious great room (kitchen, dining and living room). House was very clean.
