Beautiful riverfront home in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, just minutes away from local attractions. 2 King Master Suites, 3rd King Bedroom and 4th Room with 2 queen beds. 3 full baths, kitchen and living room.
Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a swing, fire pit, and hot tub for your enjoyment. Ask about additional kayak rentals to enjoy a scenic cruise down the river. This property comes complete with 2 kayaks, paddles and life jackets. This property is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the Parkway. It is the perfect spot to be close to local attractions, but not in a high traffic area where you can unwind and enjoy scenic views of the river. Come see what made us fall in love with this area!

Overall, we enjoyed the location and the property had most of what we needed for our stay. The location was definitely the highlight. It was also great that we could have the dogs and that the yard was fenced in. It was also nice sized and we liked that it had 3 bathrooms. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The floors and showers were not clean when we arrived, and the outdoor trash can had such a strong odor that we moved it to the other side of the driveway. The kitchen was only stocked with one dishcloth and no towel, which wasn’t quite enough for our stay. We also think a step for the hot tub would make it much safer and easier to use, and functioning outdoor lighting would have made the evenings more enjoyable.With a little more attention to cleanliness and a few small upgrades, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Perfect for us

The location was great for what we needed. We loved the ability to use the kayaks. There were 7 of us for a week and could’ve used more than 2 garbage bags and more than 1 roll of paper towels. There were no oven mitts. Having a sleep number bed was great though. The beds have microfiber sheets. Every bedroom has a tv. The hot tub needed cleaned. Overall it worked well and we were satisfied with our accommodations.

Very nice and cozy home on the River! Within minutes of Dollywood!

We really enjoyed this home on the River in a quiet neighborhood! Within minutes of Dollywood and Pigeon Forge it was the perfect little hideaway for us. We especially enjoyed the backyard area overlooking the River. Children and adults alike enjoyed fishing, swimming and “rock-hunting” in the River. The River bank is fairly steep and would benefit from some stairs or a dock! We definitely recommend this place to everyone especially nature lovers!

Great getaway

We had such a great time. This house is perfect location. Close to everything but still feels secluded. You can't get any closer to the river. We really enjoyed getting to kayak and playing games by the fire pit. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Love the Smoky Mtns and especially floating on the river. We have enjoyed eagles, turtles, racoons, hawks, deer, rabbits and wild turkey all from the back yard. Great fishing for trout, bass, carp etc but you will need a fishing license for anyone older than 12 years old. Licenses sold on online and at Walmart.
