A lovely & comfortable Bear Lake getaway; two-level newly remodeled condo w/ stunning views of the lake & mountains.

Kick back & catch some rays at the shared pool/hot tub. Take in the beautiful views from the comfort of your own private deck while enjoying dinner with a view.

In the winter, ski Beaver Mountain, sled, or curl up in front of the fire with a good book or your favorite show on TV.

The cook of the group can whip up delicious dishes w/ ease in the fully equipped kitchen.

The property and amenities are mostly accurate. The listing could be enhanced to explain how many people could reasonably shower in succession without running out of hot water. Low flow shower heads could help the property not run out of hot water so fast. We were at either the lake or the pool daily so everyone needed to shower afterward. We would get through about 2 and a half showers before the hot water ran out.Also, the pictures of the bunk beds are not current. They now have two twin over full bunk beds in the room. We were disappointed that the top bunks didn’t have guardrails and we had planned to have our youngest kids sleep in those top bunks but didn’t feel comfortable having them do that.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear our condo wasn’t the right fit for your group’s needs. We recently upgraded the bunk room with custom-built extra-long twin-over-full bunk beds, and we’re in the process of updating the listing photos. Regarding the top bunks, we intentionally chose not to install guardrails after reviewing current safety guidance. Guardrails can create a dangerous entrapment hazard if a child becomes trapped between the mattress and the rail. Because guest safety is our highest priority, we believe that risk outweighs the benefit of installing them. Our condo is designed and licensed to accommodate up to six guests and provides seven individual sleeping spaces. It is equipped with a 50-gallon water heater set at a higher temperature, which is more than adequate for six guests showering under normal use. We have also elected to maintain full-flow shower heads because our guests consistently appreciate the strong water pressure, rather than installing low-flow restrictors. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay if something isn’t meeting expectations. We are responsive and would have welcomed the opportunity to address your concerns while you were here. We take great pride in our condo and, after six years of consistently earning 5-star reviews, we were naturally disappointed by this rating. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best in your future travels.

Amazing view and all needed supplies

We loved our stay! The views were incredible from this property, so even if we were only reading on the balcony it still seemed like a vacation. I've never stayed at a property that was so well stocked in the kitchen. They even have beach towels, chairs, and games. Owner messages back right away with answers to questions. Highly recommend!

Very clean and nicely updated.

Great location and the place at everything we needed for our stay. The Roku TVs had all the entertainment we needed for late night TV watching. Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans and utensils we need. The only slight downside was the main bed was Sleep Number Type bed air filled. Comfortable… but a little noisy squeaky when getting in or out.

Amy, our host, was very kind and communicative. The house was clean, and beautiful. We loved the big tub and double showers, appreciated the extra beach towels and condiments and enjoyed the beautiful views! I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot!
