We have lived on South Florida since 2012, and love to call this paradise home. Originally we hail from Minnesota and still go back in the summer to visit friends and family. There is a lot to love about the Keys. We enjoy the boating, weather, beaches, and laid back atmosphere of the islands. We currently have our kids enrolled in the local schools on the island and I am a practicing realtor working at Premiere Plus Realty and own several vacation rentals on the island. I have over 20 years of experience selling real estate and managing rental properties in MN and South Florida so if you any questions, ask away!

Ocean Pointe is located about 70 miles from Miami and about 90 miles from Key West. The property has 24 hour security and is completely gated. The resort offers a renovated jr olympic pool with a 14 person jacuzzi, private beach, fishing pier, snorkeling area, tennis courts, barbecue grills, picnic tables, marina, boat ramp, boat storage, on-site bar / restaurant, and much more!

Located just minutes away from the finest restaurants in the Florida Keys. Supermarket, shopping center, galleries and movie theatre are conveniently close. Spend the day exploring John Pennekamp State Park, or watching marine wildlife at Theatre of the Sea, or just drive south and explore shops, bars and waterfront restaurants at your leisurely pace. You can jump on your boat and within 3 minutes be off into the Atlantic Ocean for a day of fishing, diving or enjoying the local sand bars. Come experience the Keys, and stay in the Ocean Pointe's finest new Condo!
