This Cozy New Apartment is spacious, light & bright and perfect for any Getaway. This Home is Nestled in an upscale gated neighborhood with access to community pool. Fully Furnished 1 Bedroom with separate front Keyless Entry. Master includes Queen Bed, Full Bath, Large walk-in closet , Desk, and mounted Smart TV. Spacious Living room w/ 10ft ceilings throughout, includes dining and mounted Smart TV. Cottage like Kitchen well stocked Includes; Compact Fridge w/Freezer, Stackable Washer and Dryer, Utensils, Dish-ware, Convection Microwave w/Air Fryer, Electric Skillet, Hot Plate, Crock-Pot, Toaster, Keurig Coffee maker. Within minutes to Schnepf Farms, Olive Mill, QC District Shopping, Bell Bank Park/Legacy Sports, Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport and so much more. Street parking available in front of residence. (No RVS or Trailers) Overnight parking on East(left) side of driveway. Although the apartment is a separate private unit with its own entrance, please note there maybe an occasional, light noise transfer from time to time due to the fact that the apartment is attached.

Immaculate, well appointed apartment in a quiet, gated community. Pool was a short walk from the home, very nice and not crowded. Our Host was responsive to my emails prior to checking in, and check in was easy. We met the property owner, Kevin, - so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this lovely property!

Beautiful location

This is a beautiful apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Owner is very nice and friendly went out of his way to help us several times while we were there. Great location - close to food and sites.

Excellent location for us. - close to airport and our daughter in Queen Creek. Unit is perfect for a couple and is exactly as pictured and described Will definitely stay here when we visit the area again.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our stay. The space was exceptionally clean, quiet, and conveniently located near some of our favorite spots like the Olive Mill, Boyce Thompson Arboretum, and great restaurants. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, and a well-stocked kitchenette.We appreciated the generous welcome basket with snacks, and the comfortable, tastefully decorated rooms — both spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The first-class touches, such as quality soaps and hand creams, added a luxurious feel. The nearby pool was easy to access and a great bonus.We also had the pleasure of meeting Kevin, who was warm, sincerely friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
