Fully Furnished 1 Bedroom with separate front Keyless Entry. Master includes Queen Bed, Full Bath, Large walk-in closet , Desk, and mounted Smart TV. Spacious Living room w/ 10ft ceilings throughout, includes dining and mounted Smart TV. Cottage like Kitchen well stocked Includes; Compact Fridge w/Freezer, Stackable Washer and Dryer, Utensils, Dish-ware, Convection Microwave w/Air Fryer, Electric Skillet, Hot Plate, Crock-Pot, Toaster, Keurig Coffee maker. Within minutes to Schnepf Farms, Olive Mill, QC District Shopping, Bell Bank Park/Legacy Sports, Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport and so much more. Street parking available in front of residence. (No RVS or Trailers) Overnight parking on East(left) side of driveway. Although the apartment is a separate private unit with its own entrance, please note there maybe an occasional, light noise transfer from time to time due to the fact that the apartment is attached.

Perfect for a getaway (or family overflow)!

We came to town for a family weekend in the next neighborhood over - this was a perfect "guest house" for us to use. Comfy, clean, close, and quiet when we needed it! We even had time to take a dip in the fabulous swimming pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay

I stayed for one week for an event at the equestrian center. Very clean, very comfortable, great location, great communication with property manager. One of my best VRBO stays. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable

Ver clean and comfortable furnishings. Amenities were good. I was a little surprised to find and a smaller fridge and no oven or stove. I feel like that was a touch misleading. But the kitchen served my needs. Bed and all furniture was comfortable and clean. Host was easy to contact and communicate with. Only slight inconvenience was needing to move the rental car at night off of the street but wasn’t a deal breaker. Easy check in and check out.

Immaculate modern comfortable and safe in a gated community! Everything you needed was there! The bed was very comfortable and the linens were plush and beautiful! Queen Creek Casita

This is our second time staying at this lovely little home away from home tucked away in a pristine gated community. Everything we could need was there and it was well stocked which is great. Also we really appreciated the snacks that were left for us to enjoy. Everything was very well taken care of and we would stay here again when we are back in Arizona. I highly recommend this place. It’s perfect for two travelers.

Everything You Would Want or Need

This location worked out well for us to visit family in San Tan Valley and friends in Gilbert. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. We appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer, and that the detergent was provided. There were snacks, water bottles, and drinks available. Many thoughtful touches. We would stay there again, without a doubt.

Excellent location for us. - close to airport and our daughter in Queen Creek. Unit is perfect for a couple and is exactly as pictured and described Will definitely stay here when we visit the area again.
