The lower level features a convenient three-quarter bathroom with a washer and dryer. There's a cozy queen bedroom and a charming second living room with a flat-screen TV and queen sleeper sofa if needed. Through the living room, you'll discover a spacious double twin bedroom with ocean views (which can be converted to a king bed upon request). This room also features a desk, in case work calls during your vacation – at least you'll have a view!

Upstairs, the main level offers an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Slide open the screen doors to the porch with a gas grill for seamless indoor/outdoor living!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, from both a Keurig and drip coffee maker to a lobster pot for your Maine lobster bakes!

The third floor boasts a dedicated king master suite – please note there is no door to this bedroom, but two levels of heavy-duty shades provide privacy. With room-darkening shades, you'll feel like you're in your own oasis. Open the shades to reveal sliding glass doors leading to your private balcony! You'll also find a full bathroom and a large walk-in closet with plenty of room for all your summer essentials.

For added summer enjoyment, relax around the stone fireplace under the solar twinkle lights after a day at the beach!
